I place a mobile app order for my husband's birthday drink. Arrived at the location a couple of minutes before my drink order was to be completed. I walked in and was asked if I was there for a mobile order I said yes, several minutes later two people walked in and ordered at the counter the Barista, Kay took my cup set it aside and completed the walk-in orders before she started on mine. Keep in mind that I had already been waiting there several minutes. I don't understand why Kay would set aside an existing mobile order and fulfill a walk-in order who came in after the time for the mobile order pick-up? Read moreI went through the drive thru of Starbucks on Spring Street in Long Beach on Sunday evening about an hour prior to closing. The man at the drive-thru was not very welcoming. Not only did he give me a hot drink with a loose lid, but he also gave me the wrong food. Unbeknownst of the loose lid, I spilled my hot drink all over my hand and on my clothes. I was driving.
