If I could give negative stars I would. I have been coming to this subway for years and the past 2 it has drastically declined in customer service, cleanliness, food quality etc. I recently had a bad experience with someone I never saw before. An old man named ray who seem annoyed the second he spoke to me. He was snapping and whistling at me trying to get me to speed up even though I was reading an order off of my phone (I wasnāt even going slow) he had a very very bad attitude. He kept giving me snarky and snappy remarks to things I was asking like for olives, I asked for more and he picked up 3 and put them on my sandwich when I asked for more he said no youāre not getting anymore and I said why do you mean I eat subway all the time and they (other employees) have no problem giving me any and he mumbled something and said no. Not a sorry we canāt do that or anything just no. Then I asked if I could be able to purchase more veggies (which I have done before) and he said no yet again no just kept saying no. So I said fine no problem asked for his name and asked for the manager and owners number or email and he said go to subway. And before I walked out he snapped yet again and said āremember rayā tapping his name tag as if he can do whatever and heās not going to get receive any consequences. If I owned or ran this subway I wouldnāt stand for something like that. So I took the Sandwich to the person who ordered it and when they returned to return the improperly made sandwich she was greeted with a young boy with an attitude who kept saying āhe did nothing wrong you canāt have olivesāover and over again instead of giving her the refund. And when she said Iām not asking or worried about that I would just like my refund the young boy said āwell Iām telling youā when it was never about the olives it was about the horrible customer service and the rude snarky comments. I come here all the time and I am nothing but nice and most of the time not recently the employees are nice back. Hopefully something is done and this reaches the owner because the attitudes half the employees have is stopping business and I am not the only person who thinks this. Almost Everytime I come in to this establishment there is someone outside who warns me that āthey being weird in thereā or someoneās arguing with an employee. As someone whoās been coming here for over 20 years and Iāve never be told no in such a rude manner. I really hope this place goes back to...

I returned to this same subway 8/4/23 and Ray made my sandwich. I was first in line and patrons behind me had their sandwiches made and left before me. Ray made my sandwich and it took 20mins. Again, I was first in line and was served right away. Unfortunately, Ray allowed the other employees to dominate the serving area as they reached over and around him. He stopped to allow them to access the condiments. He was the one refilling the condiments as I waid patiently. I would also like to note the one employee who was filling an online order, laid her sandwich paper over the condiments and made 3 sandwiches. I noticed her elbow in my sandwich. I didn't say a thing. Still with my patience I waited. Finally Ray finished my sandwich. Two Ladies who were behind me walked in front of me to get a soda and wait for the person who made their sandwiches to come check them out. Ray, asked if they were ready. That's when I took this photo of him picking up their sandwiches. My sandwiches were ready; all he had to do was bag them. ( See photo). I said nothing. When I paid for my sandwiches, I asked why were they served before me. He replied, they were ready. My response was, My sandwiches were ready as well. Instead of an my apologies he said Oh well and told me the amount again. I said, I have a photo of my sandwiches waiting to be baked. He said wirh an attitude, lucky we have cameras. I paid and asked for a bag. Yes, I had to ask. He laid a folded paper bag on the counter. I just held my sandwiches and looked at him (which by the way were not placed in a plastic bag) to assist with placing the sandwiches in the one larger bag. He finally decided to pick up the larger bag and open it so I could place my 4 sandwiches in it. If the owner of this facility would view the video (12:00 pm 8/4/2023) and make customer service adjustments it would be greatly appreciated. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt even begin to explain the distraught feeling and service I received coming in to eat to take out on a Saturday night, May 24 at 9:45 PM. I came into the restaurant. I asked the worker Mr. DAYEON I clearly ask if it would be an exception because theyāre 24 hour location with no explanation he said at 10 PM EBT Cal fresh benefits could not be taken for payment at the restaurant and if you donāt notice the EBT Cal fresh is almost like a debit card and can be used at any other fast food chain location that accepts EBT thatās 24 hour location and with no explanation, he walked away from me to deal with other customers and thatās OK but it was my order my time to order. I addressed the issue and the situation with Mr. DAYEON And he proceeded to feel agitated and caused him to even move even more slower because I decided to say something about my complain that heās moving too slow and about four people walked out including me, which the subway is clearly losing business, not only on the EBT side, but on cash money side I feel very disrespected when I came here to order a sandwich on a Saturday morning, May 24 at 9:45 PM.
