Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Long Branch

I placed an online order on 6/15 through the Jersey Mike's app around 8:15 PM. I ordered #13 on rosemary parmesan bread & a grilled portobello mushroom & swiss.... I've ordered late at night before and if something wasn't available the store would contact me with alternatives, which i understand being that im placing an order 20 minutes before closing. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.. When we received our food the Giant #13 had regular white bread & was missing condiments & the grilled mushroom & swiss was barely grilled, if you could call it that. I've tried contacting the store numerous times (outside of busy hours like lunch/dinner) to preferably receive a refund or have them remake our food. I've had no luck so lmao, here's a review. I typically don't care about these things. But dealing with an elderly, picky mother this experience surely added to the frustrations of this...

I’ve never had a problem with here before,but I was offended today. Came in for my lunch and when I came in there’s a guy ordering in a work uniform, I get in line while I’m waiting a young lady comes in in office clothes . We all 3 came in separately and at separate times. The cashier looks at me and the young lady and asked the customer in front of him if he wanted to ring it all up together and says are you all together. I asked him why cause we are black? Not all black people know each other. He doesn’t say anything else. Rings up customer take his time and then makes my sandwich. I was fully offended and no apologies where...

First time trying this location I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through… I don’t like leaving negative remarks.. I’m always disappointed When I get ripped off in this case with the amount of meat they sliced for a $22 “giant” #8 which consisted of just one slice/ layer turkey and salami (instead of ham).. I should’ve realized when standing there, but the guys hard at work I didn’t pay much attention to the skimp job. I think they should tell you regular sandwich gets one to two slices of meat But I never experience this with any other jersey Mike’s. Shout out to Howell...
