Did a pick up of coffee and bagel with strawberry cream cheese. It was suppose to be a drive thru pick up but there was a line of six cars in drive thru so I decided to go in and get. When I got in there were five employees behind the counter. Four making coffee and 1 at the window. I stood there for 4-5 with no one making eye contact before I asked loudly for help. I got the attention of one of the coffee makers. I asked if she could hand me my order. I could see it on the counter with my name. She replied”I can’t I am making coffees”. I pointed out my coffee and asked her to hand it to me which with a sigh and a Quick Look around she did. I then asked for help getting the bagel. Another person wanted to know what I ordered. I told her and she proceeded to pack up the bagel. I had to remind her that it came with cream cheese. She then told me that they were out of strawberry cream cheese and had been for awhile. Ugh! Got to the car and found the bagel to still be really cold and no knife for the cream cheese. Unless you are going for coffee skip this place. This is two of two that they have screwed up...

When I got home, I looked in the bag and found that I had been given some type of lemon sweetbread. Of course, was fully charged for the other item, including leaving a tip. I then attempted to call the store and the phone rang and rang and rang, and no one picked it up till it finally disconnected. I attempted to call back and at this point my car would not go through almost as if my number had been blocked. Clearly, no one working at the store has any intention of answering the phone. at this point, I would like a complete refund for my order and certainly a refund of any tip I left in the amount paid for the bacon go to soufflé which I never received.
