Honestly, this is my absolutely favorite place for a burger. And usually, the service is good. However, tonight was (hopefully) an exception. Although initial service was good, the rest of the service was slow (had to ask for my beer reorder). Further, my fiance ordered a ribeye (without shrimp) and was delivered a sirloin (with shrimp). When alerted to it, they did remake the ribeye. When the bill came, they had charged me for 2 ribeyes. Luckily, I reviewed my bill and found the error (my sympathies for anyone who doesn't notice this issue). Their solution - half off of the entree. That's nice, but when a restaurant messes up like that I would have expected a full credit on the messed up order. Okay - let's roll with that. So then, I go to redeem my rewards and it says that because I got half off the entree (that they messed up), I can't redeem my rewards. All in all, the restaurant (and manager) issues cost me a significant amount of money. Beware of the current service at this establishment. UPDATE 6/21/2019 - We spoke with the owner (as suggested below) and were assured that this is not the sort of experience that they desire customers to have. Because of the willingness to discuss the issues and the fact that we have had good experiences before, I am changing my rating to a 3 (after all, customer service is important these days). If it was indeed just a bad day, I'll revise the rating again. Update 10/22/2019 - have continued to have excellent service. Would...

I truly wanted nothing more than to leave an amazing review, but this experience at Chili’s was incredibly disappointing and by far the worst service I’ve had there to date.
Being interrupted and told we had to pay for our meal immediately because “the server could not leave” was unacceptable. That’s simply not how it works. When servers are cut, they introduce their tables to the next server so guests can enjoy their time without feeling rushed or pressured.
I understand we weren’t the largest party and didn’t order a full meal, but we had every intention of leaving a generous tip to cover his time. Instead, we were made to feel like we were nothing more than an inconvenience. To add to that, after being told we had to pay, we sat for another 5–10 minutes waiting for the server to return and take cash payment. For someone supposedly “in a hurry,” he seemed far more interested in watching the football game than taking care of his table.
What makes this even more disappointing is the context: it’s not every day I get to meet up with my friend. We both drive 45 minutes and meet in the middle—it’s supposed to be a special time together. Unfortunately, this visit to Chili’s left such a sour impression that we won’t be returning for our future meet-ups.
When guests take the time to dine out, they deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and valued—no matter how big or small their order may be. Sadly, this location missed the...
Read moreAs far as Chili's goes, this location has come a long way from where it was several years ago. The food used to be rather bland and small in portions for the price, but now it seems like everything has improved dramatically. The portions are pretty large and the flavoring in the food itself is actually pretty good for a mainstream location. The pricing is still a bit high for what it is I think, but with some endless options and free chips and salsa returning, you can at least help to offset some of the cost for a larger table.
The inside of the place is also usually kept pretty clean, I have never really found any issues with finding body parts or anything abnormal in or around my food. Occasionally get dirty silverware, but I think that is just inherent in a high traffic restaurant like this. The staff always quickly and happily replaces it with a clean set.
The only real downside I ever have here is the staff itself. It is really hit or miss as to what kind of server you will be getting. Sometimes they are amazing and exactly what I expect, and then the other times I would rather just leave and go eat somewhere else. Wrong orders, incredibly long wait times, no drink top offs, etc...
Overall though, I really do enjoy the food here and coming here with any combination of friends and family. Good for kids or just a night out with...
