wow! This place is super super super super creepy! I went in and was really terrified by the male attention that I got from the old men who work at the place. And it was really strange mix of like high school girls in the back who are all giggly and not really aware of the stairs of the very old men who also worked there with them. It just seemed super creepy. This is another place that I went recently with my friend, and my friend had mentioned that it was super creepy in that regard, that there was some old fogey who always talked about being able to buy a house when he was sixteen, but I just thought he was exaggerating. When we went in recently together I learned that it was all too true, everything about the old men staring at women, and about the old man with the key around his neck!was so very happy to tell me about how he had bought his first house and 16! He really thought that that was some kind of accomplishment but I don't think you realizes if that was an accomplice benefits parents financial situation it nothing to do with any of his choices at 16 years old. I wish that you would understand that the girls behind the counter or all about 16 years old and don't deserve to have such a creepy old man staring at them so consistently throughout the day. It's sad that in america in this day and age women have to put up with that kind of thing. And the can't even see it happening to them so it's kind of sad and general. And these old men wouldn't even Bach it telling you that they do this, it's actually kind of a point of pride, and if you're a man and walk up and talk to these men about this they will just laugh and elbow you and say what a great job it is. It's disgusting. Don't give this place your money it's...
Read moreedit: we gave this place another chance today seeing that it lasted so long. the experience was terrible. at first the food was not to order via drive through so we went inside for corrections. the staff consisted of about 8 people and not one of them appeared to be over age 18. there were several other people waiting on incorrect orders and we got ours remade. when I returned to my family my child told me their plain hotdog (which we didn't think could go wrong) was literally cold, as were the fries and cheese curds. I checked the 2 dogs they just remade and sure enough both were also uncooked. I returned to the store to get a refund and asked for the Manager (yeah, I know) and the young staff (couldn't be a day over 16) goes to the back of the store to find the "Manager" who was apparently in the office/stockroom and himself was likely under 21. the manager asked me for my receipt but I told them the staff didn't tell return it to me so he walked to the kitchen and reached bare handed into the trashcan to fish it out walked to the register and proceeded to ring out my refund without gloves or washing his hands that were right out of a literal trashcan. the health department should investigate their kitchen, my whole family is currently sick on the toilets.
Some in town believe this building that now holds a freddys is cursed. We've seen so many promising restaurants try to succeed here only to see them all fail. I hoped a big name chain could break the curse but it doesn't look like it. The food quality has been falling quickly, the staff seem overworked and under appreciated and even though it was a regular stop for my family is for years we've finally had enough bad experiences and won't...
Read moreWatched the 'shift leader?' bag our food, including the sauces, he then brought them to the drive thru, and I honestly thought someone in the drive thru order something close to my own families meal. It then sat that for a while, so much so another three orders got stacked up next to our order, by the drive through.
By the time our order was realized it wasn't a drive thru and was a counter to-go order, the same shift leader brought over our bags and sat them in front of me on the counter asking if we had a to go order, to which I responded yes, we did, but I asked if the food was cold? My family and I had watched it sit at the drive thru the entire time it was there. Your staff got upset, and while he didn't say anything directly to myself or my family, he definitely decided to make us uncomfortable. He snatched up and threw away all of the food. Yelled at the staff in the back that he needed assistance up front and then proceeded to angrily throw the fry food into the fry baskets. It was bad enough that my ten year old said he wished I never said anything because he was then uncomfortable.
So we finally get our food to get home and realize we never got our sauces, which sucked because the shift leader got them in the first set of bags, watched him put them in there. I had to run back to the store to get the sauces...
When you spend $65 for a family to eat dinner, how would you feel if this was your experience?
Edit: Hysterical that the response from the company was literally emailing me coupons that didn't cover the balance. No actual response, just coupons. Dropping down to one star because of their stellar response and...
