First and LAST time we come here. The service was AWFUL. They had no idea what they were talking about. When I ordered I clearly stated what I wanted and they wanted to charge me DOUBLE for what I had ordered when it clearly said on the menu the price was lower. Then I said I didn’t want the food anymore but they had my card cause I said I only wanted to pay for the drink I had already been given and the person at the window asked me why I didn’t want the food and REFUSED to give me my debit card back. I asked for it back several times and was denied my own card back. I had to yell at the person to give it back and he continued to ask me why I didn’t want the food and that “it was already made” so I had to pay for it. First off I don’t have to pay for anything I didn’t want especially when being over charged and second that is my personal property. I had to threaten to call the cops to get my card back. After arguing for a while for my card back the man at the window told us “don’t order stuff you don’t want next time” and slammed the window shut like a dummy. Acting like an immature child throwing a tantrum like a 4 year old. It was so embarrassing for the two men at the window. This happened around 6:20 PM on 12/9/2023. Whoever those men were, grow up and learn some professionalism. I will be taking this complaint to higher up and see what we can...

Never had good service here. Terrible management.

The food here is beyond delicious, but the service leaves something to be desired.

In May my boyfriend and I ordered 2 carne asada fries and got something completely different, even with the receipt the manager refused to replace it with what I had ordered (please note that the carne asada fries are like $10+ after tax so we spent $20+ to not even get what I ordered) Manager kept the receipt and said I should come back in the morning to speak to GM, but he wouldn't do anything because I didn't have the receipt and called me a liar when I told him I gave it to the manager the night prior when I first came to get my order replaced.

My boyfriend and I are total suckers for food, so a lot of the time we will grin and bear the bad service if the food is really good. We ordered a carne asada fry, which in the past has been more than enough to feed two of us. They usually fill the styrofoam container to the edge with fries and toppings. We get all the way home to find the box half empty. I would call and ask to have it fixed but the management here seems to not care about their mistakes even with proof of purchase.

We had gone through the drive through and we asked for 2 chicken tacos, quesadilla and a drink. After we placed the order we get to the window after 20minutes and had been asked what we had and it seemed like he didn’t even know. We told him again they doubled our order as the guy taking the orders was not able to speak English. (Not a problem) but the problem was we had to have the price changed 4 times and the only person that we could talk to had to keep coming back for clarification, before they could get it right after waiting for 30 minutes. They had already handed us our 1 drink and after all that we said we just wanted to pay for the drink, handed them our card cause we wanted to leave. Their first response was “we already made the food”… first of all we were not going to pay for food that isn’t with us and the terrible service. It took threatening to have cops involved for them to give back the card.
