Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Longmont

Ordered a medium New York Cheesecake Blizzard, it was supposed to have strawberry in the center, but had only 2 small parts of a strawberry in it.

Next night went back and asked them to make sure it had the strawberry in it this time. Never had one before, and initially was wanting something with strawberry. I didn't ask for a replacement for free. I would have if I went back the same night.

They first handed me an overflowing small. I told them that was the wrong size. Then they hand me a medium, inside 2 cups stuck together, that was basically like soup. I handed it back to her and asked her to turn it over because I thought it was too warm and runny. She's like what? Then she started to tip it over and it started to pour out like water. Then she took it and told them I wanted it remade again. Maybe they poured the small into the medium cups because it was below the top of the cup. They told me to pull around. When they brought the 3rd one out to my truck I just took it. This last one had bad strawberries in it that tasted horrible. I spit them out and took the Blizzard over to their trash. Did they do this on purpose with the rotten strawberries? Wasted over 12 bucks on this North Main location.

I then went to the other store on Main Street south of that one. I ordered the same flavor Blizzard and it was great. The strawberries were fresh with no bad taste, and the ice cream was cold and thick. The cheesecake bits...

I've been coming here for the last year now and they just keep getting worse and worse when it comes to Quality Service. I don't know if it's because they're hiring high school kids or if it's because they're lazy but I finally decided I'm never coming back again. Apparently this is a hotdog with diced onions mustard and mayonnaise light on the toppings. There's about five pieces of onion on there that are not diced with the skin still on them. There's half a bottle of mustard on the damn thing and 2 thin lines of mayonnaise. The hot dog is ice cold the bun is extremely dry and hard. I ordered three hot dogs like this and they all are in the same shape. Let's say out of every three times I go only one out of every three times is it even close to right. The people are nice the food sucks and the service is just as bad. Even if I speak as slow as a robot and clear I have to repeat my order at least twice. I remember back when this place used to be really good and hot dogs cost a dollar. Now you have to pay over $3 for something that's worse then a gas station hot dog. I HAVE to write a review because I wanted to shout out one of their team members. I didn’t get her name, I forgot, but she was brunette with some fun color in her hair. SHE WAS THE SWEETEST PERSON EVER! And she had amazing customer service! Earlier this week, I came to get ice cream with my grandparents, I dropped them off at the front and I went to park right next to them. As I was getting out of my car, I see her opening the door for my grandparents and helping them in. I was shocked in the best way possible because I’ve just never seen that happen. Especially because she basically had to circle around the entire counter to go and open the door for them. Not only that, once I placed the order and we went to sit down. She dropped off our sweets and offered to get us napkins, again, SO SWEET. Thank you so much for making this experience with my grandparents so special! PLEASE GIVE HER SOME KIND OF AWARD...
