Most disappointing burger I've ever had. I ordered the Station Burger with cheese. What I got looked like a premade frozen beef patty, and turned out to have all the flavor of one. The cooked patty was over half an inch smaller in diameter than the bun it was in -- a cardinal burger sin. All I could taste was the bun and toppings, with no hint of the beef or cheese. The onion rings were overcooked to nearly nothing but crisps, but were still somehow better than the burger. We took our coats off when we got in, but had to put them back on about 5 minutes after sitting down because it was so cold inside near the bar. Apparently they're pinching pennies and didn't want to turn the heat up? Their digital ordering app let us order a milkshake even though there wasn't enough ice cream to make it with the flavor we requested, so we had to sub in another to make up the difference. That wouldn't be worth mentioning normally, but in light of everything else and considering the shake was also underwhelming, I figured I should. One of the downsides of using a fully digital ordering system, I suppose.

For what you're getting at the price, I can't recommend it. It's a cool concept and I'm sure it's very nice in the warmer months. For a place that advertises themselves on their burgers and shakes, this ain't it. You can get better burgers at a...

We had been looking forward to trying this place for a little while and boy were we disappointed with the experience. We ordered the salmon toast appetizer, the toast was one piece of bread about the texture of a blown out tire. The salmon and avocado were fine but the toast was inedible. I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich (which they kindly did make into a wrap for me so props for being flexible) which had tough chicken and no flavor. My husband got the Korean spicy chicken sandwich which was good- if it has been called honey chicken. The tables weighed nothing and I wound up soaked to the core when the table shifted at the slightest touch on the other side and the water spilled all over me. I am not sure exactly where our waiter was while this all went down, but dripping wet I was able to track down someone who worked there who gave me a towel to sop up the water from the floor myself. My view from where we sat was cords on tables, containers of caulking and disarray in general. Though missing for most of our experience, our waiter seemed like a nice guy. I’d probably hide too if I was representing a facility like that. Very sad this historic structure is being represented in such a way. Would...

Disappointing experience. This is more of a glorified concession stand than a restaurant. There were no signs or explanations about how the system worked, and even though we were asked if it was our first time 'dining' with them, no one explained the process. We had to figure out that we were supposed to order through our phones and pick up our own food from a window. Based on the placement of garbage cans and trolleys, it also seemed we were expected to clear our own tables. Despite the lack of service, the system defaults to a 20% tip. Who were we tipping? There was only one person in the kitchen, and I saw them defrost and prepare frozen meals. Meanwhile, since we weren't constantly checking our phones for the text notification, our food sat out getting cold without us realizing it was ready. The food itself was dry and unmemorable. While they might attribute the experience to being understaffed during the week or catering more to the evening crowd, it certainly didn't make for a...

A very cute and fun spot for a group hang or a date. There’s plenty of outdoor space at Johnson’s station and apparently some space to work upstairs and a “camper bar”. Would love to check those out! There isn’t a space like this on Longmont right now, and for the second day of business, they seem to be doing a great job. Service was attentive. Burgers were solid. My drink was also good. Fries probably needed to be fried at higher temps (they were oily) and I would’ve loved a toasted bun on my burger. Not sure if the menu changed with the people complaining about a $19 burger in the reviews…but the station burger is $9. The ice cream was delicious, but I’d probably just go to Sweet Cow given the price for a small scoop. I would definitely come back, especially with a group.

We visited Johnson Station today and had a wonderful time. It was quiet for a weekend, but it was at the odd time of 3:00pm (too late for lunch crowd, too early for dinner crowd). After we assessed the seating options, we decided to sit in the bar area. We were warmly greeted and ordered drinks. The QR code was easy to locate, food was easy to order, yet we needed to be pointed to where food pick up was...which was easy once we found it. We had the diesel burger with onion rings and chop salad, with an order of fries to share. Food was fresh and well cooked. Portion sizes were larger than expected. Service was pleasant and timely. We'll visit another time to sit outside and enjoy the fire pits.

Visited last Saturday in the mid-afternoon. It looks like there has been some effort to improve service and food based on previous reviews. We had good table service. Impressed by the beer choices with some great choices from some strong CO breweries. Ordered onion rings for a snack and they were quite good. Not greasy and very good ranch for dipping. It's obvious that the venue is just great for friends and family to visit and have a great time. Just need to keep listening to the reviews and keep responding by making changes as needed. This neighborhood location has always been tough for restaurants and breweries. Hang in there, watch pricing and keep changing as needed!
