UPDATE - It has been 10 months and three times I requested someone from the company contact me which is an option on their survey and website. I see the owner has begun responding to some reviews here but nobody has ever attempted to contact me regarding my issue. This company has gone downhill as the food quality visibly has in recent years.
My order was incorrect and when I asked for the correct meal I was told I had to stand back in line to pay the difference. It was a long line and my table was already served so I asked if I could order at the open register to avoid waiting. I was told it wasn't possible and that I would have to wait in the line again. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told NO. The manager decided to cook my correct meal at no charge but would not come talk to me. This wasn't acceptable bc the rest of my meal was undercooked and not to temperature as well as my other guests received the wrong side items. My concerns were not addressed and only 1/3 of my problems with my order were acknowledged when I shared them with the staff. The tables and utensil areas were a mess and unappetizing. Read moreWhile I enjoyed the food, I was really embarrassed for going in later in the evening by the employees. It was my first time trying and I came in a bit late since we arrived at our hotel later in the evening, I’d say with 20 minutes before close. The employees made it very clear to me they were annoyed I had come in at this time. When I said I’ll be ordering it to go, a young man with blonde hair claimed “yeah you don’t have another choice”, and not once smiled nor said thank you or if they can get us anything else. I get it, I’ve worked in food and I know they’re kids. But it made me want to turn around and walk out the door having someone practically roll their eyes while I placed an order to go, punch our order in like a chore and not even look up at us. It just seemed like we were the biggest bother, to top it off, locking the door behind us immediately after we walked out.

Read moreWe had our reservations about the quality of Noodles and Company (Noodles) as we had a terrible experience at another location. The experience here was quite different. The cashier was knowledgeable about the product for the most part. However, she didn't know the gluten friendly portion of the menu. As she put the order in, one of the cooks let us know that although the noodles were gluten free, the parmesan chicken was not gluten free. He caught that before we made a big mistake. We paid for our food and sat at the table. Shortly thereafter, a young lady brought our food. Her name is Alison and she is the proud manager of the store. I realized my order was not correct. I stopped her and let her know. Due to the mistake, she made it right with us. She is very kind and really made this experience with Noodles amazing! We will be back to this location.
