I visited during lunch — plenty of parking but quite busy inside. I ordered the Box Combo with a fountain drink ($11.99) and an a la carte sandwich (almost $9). Portion sizes were generous. Honestly, another combo would’ve been too much for both me and my husband. The food was satisfying: Texas toast was very good, coleslaw fresh, tons of fries, and the chicken strips were hot and crispy. The sandwich itself is basically 3 chicken strips between buns — not a full chicken patty, so keep that in mind. The interior surprised me — it has a more upscale vibe compared to many fast food places. I can see why it’s a bit pricier. The only downside: the menu is pretty limited. It’s basically chicken tenders served as few different combo sizes. So if you're someone who likes variety, you might get bored after a visit or two.

If you are going to do only one thing, you better get it right. Fortunately, Raising Cane's chicken fingers are amazingly good. In all the times I've gone through the drive-thru, I've never had an issue with dry chicken fingers. Their slaw is fine, though I usually substitute it for extra fries. The Texas toast is good, and as seen in the photo, I usually get an extra, as well as some extra fingers. But why not? They are insanely good! I don't care for their in-house dipping sauce. It is okay, but not my thing. They do make a home made honey mustard, which is good, though I don't feel the need for sauces since the chicken fingers aren't dry. Anyway, I love this place, even if there is a long line to get the food.

I am so disappointed. My order has been messed up twice now, the first time missing chicken, and then today missing my drink and the bread. To top it all off, the portion sizes are practically kids meal worthy! When I used to go to canes a couple of years ago, the portion size is what they were really known for aside from their signature sauce, and it made the pricing worth it. Now, if you’re going to make your portions half the size, then why are you charging MORE than you were for the original portion sizes? Shrinkflation is really ruining food for me, including in grocery stores.

Went in for a single box combo. Young gentleman who rang me up was extremely courteous and helpfully. The manager on duty was an absolute ass hat. One instore order ahead of me and obviously a couple in the drive thru, drive wasn’t packed upon entry. After filling my drink snd sitting to wait, I heard a large order come in(about 5 minutes after mine). The young courteous gentleman who rang me up had time to enter a side closet for cleaning supplies to wipe down his station, go to the back and tell them I had been waiting, fill a mop bucket, and stock additional food containers before I politely asked about my food. He explained that he had told the manager, which I heard and I also heard the manger basically brush him off. After the manager continued to work on drive thru orders which clearly came in after mine, I demanded a refund. He continued filling drive thru orders until he felt ready to come give me my money back. He tried giving me some lame duck responses like I don’t know how a PIS system works or couldn’t hear all the kitchen chatter going on while this idiot couldn’t quickly throw my single meal together with fresh containers of food right in front of him. He actively chose to take his sweet time getting me my refund. I have worked in the food industry business myself and this guy has NO BUSINESS being a manager. I got home snd called to get his name and he chose to play games on the phone. Most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with at an otherwise pleasant location. The young gentleman who originally helped my apologized profusely and he deserves a raise because he understands customer service. Manager should be canned if customer service...

I love raising canes. I know everyone is trying their best. However 2 times that I have gone now something has been missing. The first time I ordered the 3 chicken tender meal…. I went through the drive through, received my food and drove home. I then sat down to eat and noticed they had only given me the tenders and absolutely nothing else. I went back and got the rest of my meal, and the girls at the front just laughed at me. They laughed as if it was so funny to completely forget someone’s order after they had already driven all the way home. You could tell that they didn’t feel bad at all. All they did was put the rest of the food in my box and I went home. No compensation, no comped meal nothing. The second occasion was tonight, I ordered my food, waited about 25 minutes in the drive through, finally got my food, headed home. Noticed when I started to sit down and enjoy my meal I didn’t get the drink I ordered. I know these seem like minor things but the prices have gone up several dollars in the last couple of months and to forget something on my order several times is just so frustrating. I dont recommend raising canes drive through, because you may not think to check everything before you drive off. ** I talked to the manager at raising canes Longmont and he was able to not only reassure me that he would check on the customer service provided from his employees, but also comped 2 meals for me. I will for sure be back. Thanks for always making it...

Well here we are, let us begin, This is the first time that my wife and I have been to any raising canes restaurant anywhere, First red flag was it was pouring down rain when we pulled up to the drive through speaker and the lady taking our order told me to hang on that she would be with me in a minute, I was the only one in the drive thru. I replied to her, ma'am why am I going to roll the window up I won't be able to hear you, so that didn't make no sense at all, so then to top that off we ordered two coniac Meals and it was really bland, no flavor at all and everything was turned over and our boxes were upside down. Bummed now at this point. l also I asked for ketchup and hot sauce she even asked me twice and I told her yes, twice and please. I mean I'm getting french fries and she didn't give us that and then she handed us our drinks and they were soaking wet on the outside from where they overfilled them and they didn't wipe them off with a paper towel, so I asked her for a paper towel or napkins, she threw it in the bag and she just handed it off to me and shut the window. so that is the last time that I will ever dine at a raising canes anywhere on this planet, avoid at all costs. I'm not going to pay $16 for two of those meals and get really small portions and it was just horrible experience altogether I highly recommend do not come to this restaurant have a good day...
