I frequently come to this Starbucks store and today just had a weird experience. I was going through the drive thru because I was in a hurry, and the barista working the window is extremely helpful. But I go to take a drink of my unsweetened black iced tea extra ice, it was sweetened. Now I usually don’t complain but I haven’t drank anything sweet in years so I went in very nicely to ask for unsweetened and the cashier was very nice and said it be a moment. She then asked if I would like to keep the drink and I said sure I guess I could give it to someone in my office. Again Super nice, then the Barista came over and said ‘you know that the standard tea is sweetened ‘ and I said ‘yes that’s why I asked for unsweented.’ She then goes on to say ‘well I didn’t hear that!’ Grabs the sweet drink and proceeds to throw it away . The poor cashier just looks at me with a sorry face. I hope somebody does something about her attitude . I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing whit and gray striped shirt....
Read moreSo we went to this Starbucks today and ordered 3 drinks. Two of which were supposed to have extra sweet cream. Not only did neither of them have it, but they tried charging us again for the extra sweet cream. The drive through cashier and who I’m assuming is a manager or supervisor tried arguing with us saying that we weren’t originally charged for it and couldn’t have the common courtesy of coming to the window while trying to make her point. After having to ask for our receipt we were able to prove they did indeed charge us for both of the sweet creams. Also, there have been issues here before and speaking with the area coach apparently...
