The older morning lady on Monday is very rude! I asked for a blonde Americano, she said we don't have blonde. So I asked for regular Espresso, she asked if I wanted it cold in a rude manner. I have never been asked that. I asked for a spoon to stir my coffee before she made it and she said very rude YES SIR.. if I wasn't with my wife I would have left right away. I was very disappointed with associate Denise’s customer service when I went in earlier this morning. She appeared to be very upset when taking our drink order, (which unfortunately was taken down and made incorrectly) she then proceeded to speak to me and my friend in a very condescending tone which resulted in her anxiety to rise. Now I do understand we are in a pandemic and staff workers are struggling but that is not reason to make your customers feel like garbage when trying to order a drink. horrible service and we will not...
