Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Longmont

I wanted to leave this criticism mainly for the owner or management to see. My wife and I patronize your restaurant and will continue to do so. We like the food and the prices aren't too high. Yesterday we went in and as we were leaving the very nice young man who served us was being yelled at by his co worker, a young woman with dark hair in a pony tail. It really was awkward for us, and him because we were there. It also seemed like she was picking on him. I have seen folks bullied before and thats what she was doing. I have to admit I was being nosey and the things she was complaining about just didn't add up. We left feeling bad for him and honestly after thinking about it for a day now we decided to leave this feedback. Customers don't want to be put in those situations and I don't think the young man is being paid enough to be brow beaten like that. If you like teriyaki'd meats then this a tasty restaurant for you. I've had both chicken and steak. Had it with noodles, rice, vegetables, and their hot sauce. It was good every time. A little pricy though and I always need to add more teriyaki sauce. You can get points with their app and earn free food stuff.

10/20: got the chicken with rice. Bad choice. Don't get the rice. Some of it was hard. I'm guessing they put the rice in bowls and just put it in the fridge. Either that or they mixed old rice with new. If they just used fresh cooked rice I wouldn't have taken off a star. Also found a piece of hard black plastic in it and the taste was a little off. They might have messed up the sauce or something. Not sure. Had to take off another star. Overall I like this place but the consistency...

Decided to give another shot.

They were OUT OF CHICKEN BREASTS at 7pm on Friday.

Update: Management reached out to me almost immediately and promised to improve so upped it to 3 stars and will try again.

Terrible experience.

Out of food (no pot stickers? Really?).

Charged me for egg rolls but didn't include them.thank goodness I checked the bag when I got back to the car.

Full trash bags laying on the floor in the lobby near the counter where you order. Very unappetizing.

Overpriced. Almost $25 for rice and chicken in a bowl, 2 egg rolls and a drink. Not worth it.

They ask for a tip when you order on the payment screen. I. Hate. This. I do not tip ANYwhere that makes me order food...
