The service was terrible all across the board. From the moment you walk in the girl at the front desk just stared at us. When we said hi, we’ve never been here before how does it work? She said you can go look around and then pointed towards the board where the prices were up on the wall. After we walked around, we walked over to the bar area because we were going to get some food. We sat down at the bar top and there were two guys working behind the bar. We were not greeted until a couple minutes later. My husband ordered a beer, but the guy didn’t ask what myself or my son wanted to drink. A few minutes later, he came back and told us that they were out of the type of beer that he wanted on draft when they offered him a bottle. I was probably about 5-10 minutes later when he finally came back over to get our food order. By then my husband has drank his beer and my son and I still had no drinks. We ordered our food and some waters. When our food was brought out by a different person from the kitchen , I asked the girl for silverware water, and ketchup.my son had ordered tater tots, but they brought him french fries so she said she would get those out. We sat there and waited for the silverware and waters for a couple minutes. Finally, I caught the eye of the guy behind the bar and asked him . He was able to get us silverware and finally brought water. We had to remind him about the tater tots at least two or three more times and they kept saying they would check on them. We ended up eating our whole entire meal and still no tater tots. finally, when we were getting ready to pay, I asked again for the tater tots and it to go container and they were finally brought out. My husband had given the guy his card when we sat down to pay so I got up and left when we were done eating. My son and husband were over playing games and had my husband mentioned that I probably needed to sign the receipt. I walked back over to the bar and asked the guy If we were good to go. He asked me if I had paid yet and I said I don’t think so. That’s what I’m asking you. He then said that I needed to give him my credit card, even though my husband had already given him his. The communication was very poor and the energy from the staff was a bummer.
The space itself is really cool and all the games were really fun. The food was good, but the lack of engagement and excitement from the staff was enough to make us never wanna go there again. The place was not very busy, and there was plenty of staff walking...
Read moreThere are not many places in town that I leave feeling like the experience was worth it but Winner’s Circle definitely makes it in the top three. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly staff and shown to our seat right away. The lay out of the establishment is thoughtful so that if you have kids you are comfortable letting them roam and play while you enjoy food and drinks or if you do not have kids you can still spend time at a number of bars or activities without any bother. It’s very clean and they have truly thought of the fine details to enhance the experience. They have a patio bar that has the BEST view of the Rockies! The only thing they are missing on this patio is shade so bring your sun hat. Also, there may or may not be a true speakeasy Friday and Saturday nights after 6pm. ;) It was our first time and our hostess sat us and gave us the run down of what to expect, pricing for attractions, as well as the current specials. Our server was Cheryl, the Queen, and she went above and beyond. She arrived and introduced herself right away and personally showed us around the place. We had a large party and she was so attentive, accommodating, personable, and FUN! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners as well and they were so lovely and excited to share their passion and vision of Winner’s Circle with us. The food was full of flavor, fresh, and made to order. Honestly, it was better than most food served in town, by far! The only gripe that I would have is the chicken tenders were a bit dry but everything else was so tasty and large portions with plenty to share. They had a large selection of arcade games, plenty of axe throwing and bowling lanes, and so much more to play. The only big downfall is the pricing for attractions (outside of arcade). I would have liked to see a reasonably priced bundle package that allowed you to play bowling, axe throwing and putt putt but as it is, it is a la cart and fairly pricy. They do have some fantastic week day specials like on Tuesdays you can do all attractions for $10 each but otherwise it just is too much for a small family to go regularly. If we could afford this we would definitely be here more often. All in all highly recommend Winner’s circle for your next celebrations or night out (they are open to...
Read moreWe hosted our son’s 11th birthday party at The Winner’s Circle on a Saturday afternoon. The party area is right in the middle of the action, so it was easy to keep an eye on all of the kids (even the wanderers). It was easy to accommodate extra family members and other parents who wanted to hang out- without adding to the cost of the party. Our dedicated waitress, Sheryl M, was easy to find, very communicative about timing for pizza and ice cream, and she was happy to provide extra cups (for this extra adults) and to take orders for additional food items. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the whole group had a great time in the arcade and the mini-golf. The arcade games were really good and high quality, they ran the prize booth like pros, and the whole place had plenty of staff managing equipment and games. Also, the food was SO GOOD! I’d highly recommend this place for a party for any age! I’m editing to add some accessibility comments, since our son uses a wheelchair: the whole area is nice and wide open, lots of good van accessible parking in a level lot, and they have a nice, large family restroom. The bowling, mini-golf, and curling are all up on platforms (about a step-high) because of the mechanisms for the games. It’d be great if they could get a small ramp to be able to get up to do the bowling, but the curling and mini-golf might be tough to do independently from a wheelchair (even with a longer golf club or a curling “stick.”). I would say this indoor mini-golf is probably more accessible than many outdoor courses we’ve tried, and you can skip around. And finally, an elevator or platform lift to the loft area would be really cool. Our son could have cared less, because the fun stuff is on the main level. But it’d be nice for wheelchair users to be able to access the loft for any special events (or any reason). Still though, we’ll be back! I’m still dreaming of those BBQ pulled...
