Good place to people watch during the daytime, pretty good coffee with lots of flavor shot varieties. Employees there are awesome and try to remember your name if you come in often. I've seen people come in with wheel chairs and most of the time employees are pretty good about noticing and running over to open the door, but a lot of the time customers sitting nearby will get to them first. Lots of different faces, saw some kids cosplaying from Black Butler and I thought that was pretty cool!
Drink wise they have coffee also in decaf, smoothies that they can add a protein shot to for extra, as well as hot chocolate which you can order with white chocolate instead. They have tea too but I haven't tried it yet.
Pastries are fairly decent, so are the burritos. They have gluten free options on those, and they also serve prepacked sandwiches that look really good. Personally I like the burritos from Bella Vita more though if you want more of a homemade hippy type burrito. Also they have gelato, haven't tried it but it looks amazing!
You have to pay for something before you can use the restroom (fair enough since its downtown). Restrooms are decent, a little dark inside though.
If you don't know what kind of flavor to try out I recommend just asking for the daily special, I've tried strawberry cheesecake and snicker doodle and those were pretty good!

Read moreI'm not one for franchise-y coffee shops, but the staff at this location has made a difference to me. They're the closest for me on my work breaks, so I'll end up here at least once a week for emergency caffeine or snacks. Yes, they're busy on the weekends, it is a chain coffee shop. But minus the occasional high maintenance customer in front of me, the line goes by quickly. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes, even with a line. That being said, the staff always takes great care to make sure everyone is taken care of, is super polite even if they look exhausted or short staffed, and any time there is a delay (which isn't often) they go above and beyond to apologize. They even remember me, despite all the people there daily. The food I've tried is decent for franchise-y cafe food, and they have healthier options than just a Danish or cake pop, which is really really nice. Their indoor atmosphere is a little "plastic-y", but their outside seating is nice. The service, though, that's what sets this location apart and why I don't mind having to come here. Great staff!...
Read moreWhen I went in to get my favorite drink I also had my punch card that was completely filled out, so I was pretty excited to get a free drink. The lady at the front took my order but there must have been a misunderstanding because when I got my drink it was the wrong size. When the young lady gave me my drink I asked what size it was and I told her that I ordered a different size. She rudely stated that it did not say that on the cup. I asked her to please get the right size. She took the cup from me and threw the drink in the back and made the right drink. When she came back to give me the new drink I went to apologize and thank her for fixing it, she made no eye contact and sarcastically said thank you. I might not be bad to this location but I will definitely continue going to other Ziggi’s. I just hope they can be friendlier in the future to...
