I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a floral arrangement from Rachel and I must say it was a has been a disaster. The arrangement my friend received was not only ghastly, but also completely different from what was advertised on the website. It was as if zero effort was put into creating a visually appealing bouquet. Rachel assured me that things must have been messed up in the delivery process. Truly believable…

I reached out to Rachel immediately to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction. She promised to send a replacement arrangement and make things right. However, it has been weeks now. She told me yesterday she would get a new shipment of flowers in and assured me a replacement arrangement would be sent. They were never sent… Today, I was assured they would be sent, and that the new shipment of flowers actually came in today. Again, they were never sent.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is how a business handles those mistakes that truly matters. Unfortunately, Rachel has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and has failed to fulfill her promises. I have never encountered anything like this. I can’t imagine being a bride and this happening.

Rachel is one of the kindest people I have met, and her business is an extension of herself. She always goes the extra mile, especially with her wedding clients. One of her brides was bald due to chemotherapy, and Rachel got help to develop a way to make her an entire floral headpiece. Her heart is HUGE. My friend's cat died and she was devastated, so I reached out to ask if it was possible to get a bouquet for her that day. Rachel made it happen and it was beautiful. She is forever sharing the stories behind her work, not just pretty photos. It's such an inspiration. I've driven past her floral studio at 10pm some nights and seen the lights on inside, and then looked up her Instagram later only to see an amazing array of bouquets and arrangements featured - not taken by a professional photographer, but taken by her, in the middle of the night, working her butt off as a small business owner. This summer I went to a wedding where she did all the florals, and let me tell you: that bridal bouquet was one for the books, and the bride could NOT stop talking about it, it was exactly what she wanted. If your style leans bohemian and you love color then Rachel is definitely a florist you should meet with - if nothing else than to discover how genuine and wonderful she is...

Rachel with A. Florae is incredible!! I know nothing about flowers, and when I first met with her to discuss our wedding I gave her a lackluster description of what I envisioned, and changed my mind more than once! She was patient, kind, informative and provided us with the MOST GORGEOUS floral arrangements. I loved her use of bay leaves and eucalyptus - they added a whimsical, woodland feel. Our flowers were vibrant, fresh, and lasted for several days past our event.

Our centerpieces were beautiful wreaths of greenery and flowers that she made to surround our candle lanterns. They were simply gorgeous. She also provided flowers for our cake - BEAUTIFUL!
