Andy's Frozen Custard was quite the experience but there were a couple downfalls, starting with the drive thru line which went all the way to the highway and it was extremely dangerous. The line did move at a decent pace. It was our first time to visit Andy's and we needed to see the menu so we could see all they had to offer, Unfortunately there was a young man standing out in front of the menu taking orders and he was either having a really bad day or he was just a rude young man. We told him it was our first time there and we needed to see the menu but he didn't budge, so we ordered the Ooey Gooey Concrete, which is: vanilla custard blended with heath bar, caramel, and almonds. We just happened to see a sign advertising it as we pulled around the drive thru. All though it was extremely sweet, which is the whole point of getting a dessert, it was too sweet. We got a small, by the way, be ready to spend a lot of money, and between the two of us we could only eat 1/2 of it. So we did end up wasting a good chunk of change on a small custard, BUT don't take my word for it, go stop by and try it for yourself. Maybe, just maybe you should order from the outside walk up menu at the front of Andy's. The other option is to look at their online menu before going. Again This was our first time so I encourage you to read other reviews and drop by and give it a try. ⭐️EDIT⭐️ I must add an edit to this review. After writing the review I was contacted through Google, then via email, then a phone call concerning our experience at Andy's. The customer service is absolutely top notch and they made things right. I do reviews to help other people gather information before they go to a place. I don't do it for any other reason. I have never had a company go this far to fix a situation. Thank you for caring about your customer's concerns.

So I love Andy’s .. I grew up in Wisconsin eating custard ice cream so Andy’s has become my favorite place for dessert. I go there at least 2/3 times a week. However I have noticed when I go there it is like pricing roulette .. my daughter and I get the same thing every single time. Sometimes it’s $8.85 and other times it’s $9.40.. no big deal. But tonight they tried to charge me over $10 for the same thing. I asked if there was a price change the manager said no. I showed him my my recents charges in my card app and asked him how could it have been rung up that I have been getting charged this , but you’re trying to charge me over $10 for the same thing .. he had no answers for me (said he didn’t know ) that’s it. had no interest in helping me. So I’m assuming It depends on who is ringing up your order = how much you’re gonna be charged for the same exact item. After sharing this in a local Longview page - turns out so many other people have experienced the same issue with inconsistent pricing. Last night I just got my daughter ice cream and I skipped mine because I don’t understand how there’s been no price change- but it costs more money for the same item. Unfortunately I have to walk away from this place because the manager proceeded to gaslight me and could care less about my concerns and provided no explanation only disinterest.

First visit for frozen custard and were very impressed with the speed of the drive through, not to mention Andy's frozen custard! ☆Just a note we did look at the menu online to order as we could not see the menu board. There is an order taker outside who is a car or two ahead of the menuboard, so I recommend going on line to research your choices ahead of time or park and walk up to place your order. This place is always busy and the drive through is full almost all the time but does move quickly. I had a Boot Daddy jackhammered with carmel and my hubby had the All American jackhammered with marshmellow, let me say that these were by far the most outstanding desserts we've had in a long while! The blend of flavors, temperatures and textures was spot on! When Having ordered a small, I devoured it in recorded time without shame. I must make an excuse to return to Longview for more! $💲To those who comment about the prices. Remember this, when you use high quality products in what you are producing there will be a cost to the consumer for the end product. You get what you pay for. I feel like I definitely got what I paid for and worth every cent!

They deserve ZERO stars. Rudest customer service I have had in a long time. My family came into town from Amarillo and we went to Andy’s. We stood in line for at least 30-45 minutes. Only 2 out of 9 of us got waited on as the drive thru line kept getting waited on hand and foot. At least 6-8 cars got waited on and served in the drive thru line as we tried to wait patiently to get our order taken. My son ordered a chocolate shake and it took at least 10 minutes for them to make this. A worker sat it in the back counter and didn’t even bring it to the window to give to him. My husband AND daughter had to go ask for it as it sat there and melted. The rude young worker acted like it was an inconvenience for him to bring it to us. We had to ask for a straw only to be told there wasn’t any. SERIOUSLY???? So he had to eat his chocolate shake with a spoon?!?? This is the worst location of an Andy’s we have ever been to. Even our family was asking if this is the typical way you are treated at an Andy’s. After reading the previous reviews looks like this location doesn’t give a flip about customer service. I will GLADLY give my money to a local ice cream place downtown Longview. We left Andy’s and went to Wild Honey Creamery and was treated with the utmost care. They truly were thankful for our business. So needless to say we will not ever be back to another Andy’s no matter thelocation. It’s obvious this hasn’t and won’t be taken care of by management or the corporate office. And as for the rude male worker he needs to...
