Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Longview

The service every single time is terrible, & today will be my last visit. Arriving at the speaker, it was on, as I could hear background noise. After several seconds of no acknowledgement, I am the only vehicle in line, I said, Hello? Finally, a barely able to hear, I was told, Just a minute! The person finally came back & refused to speak up.

I got to the window & saw three walking as slowly as possible. One was at the end of the metal table, putting napkins into bags, & when I say she drug it out, it was so slow, not even efficient. No one acknowledged we were waiting, & after several minutes, the lady finally brought our food. I said, I think your speaker may be broken because I could barely hear you. She just looked at me like I was wasting her time. As she handed me my food, not a word, not even whe. I said, Thank you.

These are middle aged ladies. They are not disabled. They simply have no work ethic & don't care. When the store finally shuts down, this will be a huge contributor, but obviously whomever operates it doesn't care. Good luck, ladies, on future employment elsewhere....

Tried calling but it didn’t even ring- I went through the drive through a little while ago today (about 3:30) and ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos with a large Dr.Pepper. For starters they gave me Diet Dr.Pepper…. i get it i’m pregnant however i did not order a diet dr.pepper….. When i got to the window he said my total was 16 and some change which seemed like a lot for just 3 bean and cheese burritos and a large dr.pepper but i know prices go up and whatnot so i didn’t question it- When he told me my order he said “3 combo burritos” which to that i told him i ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos and he told me that was what a combo burrito was despite me getting bean and cheese burritos and being told bean and cheese burritos but it’s not my job so i didn’t question it, i realize now i should have checked because when i got home and started eating my burritos there was meat in all 3 of my burritos when i specifically ordered bean and cheese. I am still going to eat them because i am 37 weeks pregnant and very hungry but definitely not very happy about...

I was amazed that the only time anyone ever spoke to me during the entire time of my visit was to tell me the total that I owe for the food I ordered. I'm not over exaggerateing! I walk in at around 9ish pm and no one greeted me...after about 5 minutes the manager walked up to the front counter and looked at me with a look like he is waiting for me to order....still no words to me. I asked him how he was doing and got no response so I proceeded to order. The only thing he said to me was the total of my order. I paid and he gave me my receipt and just walked away. Around 10 to 15 minutes later he brought me my order. I thanked him and I told him I hope he had a good night and he did not respond but just walked away....oh did I mention that he was the manager! I have never had a lack of service like this before. Now that I think about It I have never had a negitave interaction with another human like this...I gave it 2 stars because the food tasted better...
