✨️😍✨️It all started one week ago.✨️😍✨️ This place!! 🧋 How fortunate for us that the other boba spot we liked decided to be closed during normal business hours. Had they been open as they should have been I would have had no reason to seek out another establishment. We were craving boba, so with one quick Google search popped up Boba Pug. It was not far from where we were so we decided to go and try it out- we hadn't ever heard of it! ( It's over by Kroger and 7-Brew ) Right when we walked in, we were greeted by the two young employees that were making a customer's order. They were very polite and professional and quite helpful in making my selection. I displayed the slightest hesitancy when the lady asked me if I wanted whole milk so she was quick to let me know there were other options such as almond milk! I was delighted. Whole milk upsets my stomach pretty badly but I really wanted boba. I had never considered anything other than milk because I honestly just thought that's how they come. I was willing to suffer for boba but I didn't have to! I got a 100% sugar level Taro with almond milk and honey popping pearls and my boyfriend got a 100% sugar level Thai Tea with whole milk and tapioca pearls. The flavor was a 10, the thickness was a 10. The service was a 10. They were and are the best bobas we have had in this area and quite possibly ever. We just went last night, too. Such a cute shop. I’ve never been here before today. I’ve always wanted to try their menu. This place is so nice and unique I ordered the cream brûlée milk tea and my lord it was so delicious. That being said the staff definitely need to work on their customer service skills to be more friendly and personable. I’ve never been here before like I stated before so I had to ask questions and the male that was taking my order the whole time was very dry and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I even choked on a sample of the candy and I apologized and said I’m sorry I’m being extra and he just said yes ma’am.. and both men just looked at one another like “ is this woman seriously choking “ .. so I felt unwelcomed but I will definitely be back to try more flavors with my fiance! Highly disappointed with Boba Pub today. My friends and I have been going there since the first week they opened. Always order the milk tea with regular sugar and less ice. Usually the cup is about a finger empty, which is completely reasonable for less ice. But today the cups were missing a lot of the tea. When I complained I was told that was normal. How is it normal for a $6.50 drink to be missing that much tea. They refused to top them off until, I told them to keep the drinks and give me my money back. After that, which had been a good 15 minutes, they finally agreed to remake the drinks.
