Disappointing store. I’ve had previous issues with this store before but I’ve decided to just ignore it and consider it water under the bridge. i used to enjoy buying from there and was even a member for a good long while but time and time again they’ve proved to just be disrespectful, judgmental and an over all incompetent store. Constantly being hung up on over simple questions, but that’s considering if they even pick up at all, lack of help is appalling, and unable to do simple requests because it’s inconvenient for them is just a few things that have happened with this store. Just left this store: awful. The manager thought she was being efficient by taking over the other girls computer to “look at something real quick” while she was in the middle of checking a customer out. THIS WASN’T BENEFICIAL AT ALL. You actually made the line worse. I felt so bad for the customer that was actually checking out. Bless him for not saying something because that’s flat out RUDE. & then my husband asked to check the games to make sure they were for the right systems. Manager quotes, “Yea cause I might be wrong. My daughter was sold a used Nintendo switch, but it was advertised as new. When I called to let them know someone had already registered the unit so therefore it’s used they offered no monetary compensation. They said you can come back and purchase a more expensive version and we will give a free warranty but no financial help even though it was a used unit that was returned and falsely advertised as new
