Robert Holder is a great sales man. He is one of the best sales man I have ever come across. I been going to different places like this. And always walked away from it feeling not listen too. Because my husband is the money person and the sales people don't see me. But Robert wanted to know how I felt. He involved me in the whole sale. He found exactly what we wanted. We had a few mishaps with on our end trying to get the agreement. He was very kind and did everything in his power to help us. Even offered to get us something from the store to eat or drink. And Amber the store manager she is awesome as well. We came in the next day to finalize it. She knew exactly who we were and pulled up our application real fast without even asking our names. It got finalized and bed is being delivered. I want anyone that reading this know. That if you want the best friendly service out of a sales person Robert is your man. He kind and very knowledgeable of what he is selling. And super patient. He had us for hours and didnt get tired of us. I left that place both days so filled with happiness and felt like I was at home with both of these people. I could ramble on and on over these two . The manager at this location is very rude smelled highly of weed which stunk up the whole store. When asking about a dishwasher she tried to tell us we would have to purchase extra items that even your websites states come with the dishwasher. She was rude in the way she spoke and addressed us. She also would not look us in the eye when we commented on her eyes being blood shot and her smell. This is the Longview location even called to make sure she was actually the manager. To Jason this is absolutely not false. I’m sure reviewing your cameras will show it too we also have the recorded call from when we called. Customer Service is Excellent! 2 Weeks ago we went in and bought a new Tempurpedic mattress and base as well as two bar stools. They gave us a good price and set up home delivery for that same night, 45 miles away. The wrong base was sent and the delivery guys didn't set up the mattress correctly, they messed up our bed frame in the process and the wrong size mattress protectors were sent. We called them up that night and they made arrangements with a different delivery person to bring the correct equipment two days later. The new guys showed up and were very professional and informative about how the setting worked and made sure all of it worked before they left. This is above and beyond and recommend them...
