Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Longview

These things are still true: 1. Pricing is inconsistent with other Fuzzy's - much higher. In one week, the price of my Taco Tuesday meal changed from $8.50 to $13. 2. They do not offer $1.50 tacos on Tuesday anymore (real shame). 3. You can go to a sit down restaurant, eat all the chips and salsa you want and spend less than a meal here. Anyway, I went by there tonight (6/28/2023, Wed night) because the Fuzzy's app had a taco plate w/ $5 purchase and I hadn't been there in about 7 months. The experience changed my review from one star to four stars overall and service scoring from one star to 5 stars. The guy running the place tonight reminded me why I was faithful to Fuzzy's months ago. If there is ever a problem, he will take care of it right away and he's so busy ringing up customers, bussing tables and tending bar, he doesn't even have time for you to thank him. I took my two daughters there today for lunch in Longview. Told them how great it was. Well, after we placed our order, paid for it, one of my daughters told me to look at something. I turned around while at the counter and there was a huge cockroach in the floor. I quietly leaned over and told the lady who took my order. She said hold on and immediately went and got a gentleman from the back. He asked where it was. My daughter pointed it out. He went over and looked. Left and came back with a paper towel to get it. And this is what he said... Oh it is just a waterbug. Those are no problem. It's the little roaches that are a problem. Needless to say, we asked for our money back. The lady at the counter asked if the food was bad. We said yes. She said, I agree! No apology. No sorry. Excuse me, what is wrong with this picture? Would have rated a zero but there is no...

Tasty tacos! I got the Baja shrimp tacos and although they were pretty good, they were not quite the Baja tacos I was used too. They appear to have a fairly large selection of beer- both on tap and in bottles. The space is pretty big and it looked like they had a separate room to the side. Is it more seating? Is it for events? I did not ask but I'm sure someone is bound to know. They also uave some arcade style games so bring quarters when you decide to go. Still not sure if you want to make the drive? Well have I got good news for you! Waiter delivers. That means you can try out a taco or some other dish that catches your eye from the very full menu but you will be missing out on the arcade style games- unless of course you have your food delivered to an arcade... and beat the system...
