If I could give zero stars, I would. I go to this one often and normally they are rude but the food has always been good. I went this morning and when I got to the drive thru speaker, she comes on the speaker and says, "yeah?", I responded, "excuse me?" to which she replied, "go ahead!!" but yelled it and said it very rudely. I told her no need to have an attitude. I ordered a #7 which consists of two sausage burritos and a drink which is different than what I normally order. I attempt to order a frappe but she tells me the machine is broken but mumbles, I ask her to repeat herself and once again she yells but speaks to me as though I lack comprehension skills. I was never told a total, just to drive around. I get to the window and hand my card. She swipes it and hands it back, closing the window. I sat there and she opens it and says, "you actually want a receipt?" I said "yes, I also need the number to file a complaint." She rolls her eyes and tells me it's on the receipt. She closes the window and goes back to playing on her phone. I get to the window to get my food and what do I see? An employee drinking a frappe. They are all standing around laughing, on their phones and playing around. The manager was the only one working but even she wasn't friendly at all. This location is on my way to work but I will just go to another location because their customer service is unacceptable. I worked in the fast food industry for over 15 years but I would never treat a customer the way they do. If they don't want to work or don't like their job then they should find another but it's sad that this is what has become of fast food places. Kids that will play on their phones before actually doing the labor they are paid for. Save your money and take it down the road someplace else, this McDonald's has the poorest customer service and today my food was harder than a rock. I...
Read moreIf I could give it a zero for the night of 11/17/2019 I most definately would. I watched a young lady tell the manager the lobby needed attention. Her response was blatantly rude and disrespectful. Short handed or not you should keep your business to an acceptable standard. In this case it most definately was not. I worked as a manager for McDonalds for over 5 years and would have terminated that employee for the wa she responded to the concern of the customer and the manner in which she did it. That review was written 2 years ago. UPDATE: I went there for the first time since that incident. They have hired some new people. One in particular was a brand new cashier named Cheryl I believe. She is amazing and has excellent customer service skills. There is also a lady who does cleaning who has been there for a long time. She is an asset to the company. Thank you for a new experience...
Read moreI am writing to address ongoing issues with the service at your branch, which have significantly impacted my experience as a customer. On several occasions during peak summer heat, the ice cream machine was reported as non-functional, which was disappointing given customer expectations. In another instance, my party received ice cream orders without spoons. After waiting at the drive-thru window, we were instructed to park in the pick-up area to await utensils, causing our ice creams to melt. When a staff member finally assisted, they provided only two spoons for three people and did so without an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Upon requesting an additional spoon, the employee returned slowly and handed it over without further communication, which felt discourteous. These incidents suggest a need for improved management and staff training at...
