PieTrio's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Longview

Let me preface this with the ONLY reason I’m giving this 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 is because I got beef instead of chicken on my taco pizza, and we don’t live locally, so by the time we figured it out no one wanted to drive back.

My review of the food. This was our first time ordering from here. We have always chosen Vernies because they are consistent and they make their taco pizza with a refried bean base instead of tomato pizza sauce. When we saw that PieTrios did too, we decided to give it a try. The pizzas were outstanding!! Even with the mix-up, the quality was great. The taste was exactly what we wanted. Our son, whose birthday it was and was the one requesting pizza, had zero complaints for his chosen pepperoni pizza. Which is saying something, because it’s his favorite food and he travels all over the country for work, eating at different pizza places.

Overall it was a good experience and we will definitely be back.

Decent pizza but super over priced and the service is regularly subpar. Tonight I ordered two pizzas and was told 15 mins came 20 mins later and only had one of the pizzas. The person ordering didn't pay attention. No hey let me get you some free breadsticks. Just no problem sit here and wait. Super obnoxious. Could have at least given me my ranch for free. Nothing is more frustrating than having my time wasted. When two pizzas and a couple things of ranch cost more than $80 I expect not to deal with these sorts of issues and if you mess it up they're really should be some sort of token gesture of compensation. I'm not saying my pizzas should have been free or anything ridiculous like that but something would have been nice when I did everything I was supposed to do and the problem was on your end. Two WinCo pizzas are like 25 bucks. And I wouldn't say yours are three times better and they've always been super consistent and polite. All I'm saying is don't get complacent with bad service at your price point. I'm not the only one in my friend group who's had...

Ate there with a family of 7 .Three of them Kids who love pizza.Not this day However. Two of the 3 kids wouldn't try a second bite.The pizza crust was hard and without sauce.It also just didn't taste good at all.I don't understand why this place has any good reviews besides possibly the building location and decor. You would think that with such a nice set up you could make your food just as good.The salad bar had very few options and the "Giant " pizza was the same as a large you would get anywhere else. No matter how nice your staff and the cleanliness if your store,if the "taste" of your food is bad the whole experience is ruined. I was embarrassed by my family voicing their opinions loud enough in hopes that the staff might hear.The ones who did eat only ate to make it worth the nearly 70 dollars for our group. We will not be suggesting this place to our friends...
