UPDATED REVIEW ON OCTOBER 10TH So I have to do this because I said I would and your word is well your word. So I go to the drive thru and I am a little short on my one pay card so I hand my cash app card to the girl but I have to unlock it. But they go ahead and pay for my food probably because I guess I was just starting to shake and I go there ALOT AND I MEAN ALOT. Anyway she hands me both my cards back and I drop one on the dang metal track for my seat but I didn't realize it. So I go park to check my order and my card is not there and I panic. I must have went through the drive thru line four or five times and I was crawling around in my truck and I was sweating like crazy and I had them thinking I was accusing them of stealing my card , which I wasn't, and I finally located it after I guess about 45 minutes but I don't know really but I went back through to let them know I found it and I even called the manager and told her that those two young adults were very cool and could have told me to stick it up my carcas but credit to them for their professional and humility . I don't remember their names but they were so calm and they have my respect and gratitude so thank you to everyone who works at the Taco Bell on High Street and especially those two at the drive thru..and I love Taco Bell and I will continue to get my burritos there..yep yep. MY OLD POST BUT A GOOD ONE. I really can't speak for any other Taco Bell but the one in Longview on Marshall, so I will. I absolutely love Taco Bell. Say what you want but it is one my favorite places to eat. This particular establishment I visit quite often so they know me but the entire staff there has always been respectful and kind and attentive to me. They're a young staff but when I go there they treat me very good and they are quick. I usually do drive thru but I have been inside many times and they have helped me out. I have Parkinson's and struggle through doorways, so yeah I love the staff there..And I love Taco Bell, especially the grilled steak burrito and chicken sort tacos....
Read moreNot liking this Longview Franchise Group anymore. I went to DFW and ate at a Taco Bell in Arlington. I paid $1 in Arlington for the $2.05 cheesy rice/bean burrito I ate in Longview and the one in Arlington didn't taste like a bean rollup. Turns out Longview's prices are inflated between 30 and 40% more than expensive markets (seems backwards). Every time these guys think there's a news report favoring price hikes, these guys raise prices. Also, the only two Mexican places in Longview that charge for onions are Taco Bell and Tele's. At least at Tele's you get a ramakin full to cover a plate of food. At Taco Bell, it was described to me as a pinch for the first 25 cents. The window person said, "They won't know you want more than a pinch of onions unless I charge you twice for them." What a scam. Let's tell them the first charge is useless, and you have to order a second charge to get what you want. Outrageous prices, inconsistencies in food quality, and real poor pricing strategies. Not going back to these guys. Been talking to my friends, most of them are pretty much outraged that they are paying more than someone in DFW. IF 50% of them don't go to Taco Bell anymore, it will have the effect it should. I'm going to continue talking to everyone I see about it. I think those overpricing and uneven accessorial charges will catch up eventually. I'm framing this...
Read moreI ordered online and went through drive-thru, got home and realized a taco was missing, so I went back. No biggie, stuff happens. I went through again and let them know what happened, polite and smiling the whole time because.. it’s no biggie. The manager came and was immediately rude. I guess she thought she closed the window and I couldn’t hear them talking. I heard a couple of them talking about how the order was placed an hour ago (ordered at 10:38, drove to the store at 11 bc it was a big order, waited for food, drove home, drove back. So it was 11:40 by the time we got back) and that we were being ridiculous for coming back an hour later. It could’ve been they thought we were trying to get free food bc it was an hour later, but they didn’t ask about it. The manager was unbelievably rude to my face, and acting like we were an inconvenience. This was PM, so nobody else was there. It was one taco, it was the only thing in the order that was mine, so of course I came back. Customer service should be at the forefront. We come here regularly and it’s always just okay, but cheap! The customer service is always poor, and I couldn’t care less as long as I get my nacho fries, but this was uncalled for. I never leave bad reviews because I’ve worked fast food and I know everyone has a bad day, but I’m so...
