Subway — Restaurant in Longview

My nieces and I have had this thing when we get out on Saturdays and we go to the mall and we eat Subway and we go shopping. They go shopping last year we did a $250 and a $200 shopping spree within 6 weeks. They arened them....and we always had Subway....now its gone...so we have been going to Subway on Marshall Avenue. You know they have some new workers and sometimes you're a little slow but the sound she's always fantastic. You know these people are needing to work & maybe some a first job...so God bless them..im never rushing. I always get the cold cut combo American cheese on white breadwith lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana pepper rings salt/pepper mayo and mustard and I love it. Miya my niece she had Italian cheese bread....might wanna write it down...ham pepperoni bacon, lettuce tomatoes, pepper rings,picklez, onion mayo mustard ranch salt and pepper & nurse behind i believe copied her. We We shot an egg our foot lungs and they were fabulous and the young man behind the desk surely was his 1st job was a great guy a little slow but he'll get better and better and folks be patient with people because 1st jobs and some the majority working at restaurants or fast food places....God-bless him they work hard and folks have to learn. So it was a fun time out because I was with my niece and we had the best times and the young man behis the young man behind counter making sandwiches yes yellow but super great big fat sandwiches. Amen big fat sandwiches letting me slow and make them fat ones!! Is Greg guy hope he stays in the and learns that and makes you money to buy a car. I realized that people's lives were fast and you want to get in and get out but in a situation like that its only fair to be patient and soon enough he will become efficient and then proficient. #lovethyneighbor #livepurposefully #thinkpositive...

Update: Because it was the worker’s first week, I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and wish them best wishes. Keep up the great work!

Messed up my order twice

They decided to close the lobby and had everyone go through the drive thru (bad mistake) since they’re known for going inside and you getting to point at what you want but instead, you have to tell them through the speaker. All sandwiches were made incorrectly! They have cucumbers on one where there should’ve been bell peppers then mustard where there should’ve been mayo. It was all mismatched. When I came back the second time, they got 2 out of 4 correctly. I will try them when they have the lobby on but drive thru wasn’t what they should’ve done tonight. I even pulled to the window the second time and the lady checked everything I wanted and read it back to me and I read it back to her but still came out incorrectly. One hash tomatoes on it and I didn’t even say tomatoes and then it looks like they tried to disguise yellow mustard for honey mustard.

Quality: Food tastes great when it’s made...

Horrible customer service and management…Chance the assistant manager on duty was extremely rude and had no care to make sure the customer was treated fairly or with respect…I used the mobile app to purchase my order in which the order was paid for and I had proof on the app and on my banking app that I had done so…Chance told me that the order did not come on the computer system and that he could not make the order and advised there was nothing he could do and to call corporate about the apps screw up…he even advised to me before slamming the drive thru window in my face that a lot of customers have been having trouble with the app orders not showing up on their end even after customers have paid!! I will never return to this...
