Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lorain

I have yet to visit this location on N. LEAVITT near Meijers, so this was a first. And just for reference I've been to the others in sheffield lake, and North Olmstednand will NEVER go back to those. So, I got the pepperoni cheesy bread and a cookie/brownie thingy. My food was made fresh so I did wait the 15 minutes. I joked and laughed with the very polite and pleasant cashier and cook. I watched as my food was curated hot and fresh with absolute accuracy. There was plenty of cheese and the pepperoni were spread evenly across. It was hot and delicious and was everything I'd expect it to be. I truly enjoyed my experience and hope that this service at this particular location is universal through the staff and the customer service expectation is taught and upheld throughout. I called in my order, and the lady told me 10 minutes it'll be ready for pick up. I got there in maybe 15 minutes. It wasn't ready, no big deal. I'll wait. Waited 40 minutes for my pizzas! They just had me standing around waiting without even an excuse why. When they went to hand me my pizza, they picked up a pizza box that was sitting there the whole time I was waiting and added my cheesy breadsticks on top of it. So my wings and pizza plus one box of cheese sticks sat there while my second order of cheese sticks came to me fresh. Obviously, it was cold by the time I got to feed my family. They should have at least kept my order in the warmer while they fixed what they messed up with my order or replaced everything at the same time freshly made. Wife ordered a 3 meat pizza, wings, and a thin crust cheese. Brought it home and the thin crust was extremely overcooked. I ran it back to the restaurant to have them remake it. Not sure if it was the owner or manager but he said that even if he remade it nothing will change. He said that is what the thin crust cheese will always look like because of the oven and timer. I asked him if he would just remove it from the conveyor early so it doesn’t burn and he agreed to do it reluctantly but he was not happy about it.Unfortunately though the second one was just as burnt. We’ve ordered from here before with no issues and no burnt pizza. Not sure what changed but I guess I won’t go back.
