Lorain's Badass Burgers and Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Lorain

Alright so, theyve had a doordash deal going on lately for BOGO on a couple of their items. My usual experience is pretty good food not super pricey due to the BOGO offer, and never really anything bad.

Today, i ordered their nashville hot chicken ( BOGO) i asked for just the tiniest bit of extra mayo, they gave me more than enough, absolutely pleased with that and i want to say thank you for being one of the only stores that take special requests like this... now onto my experience today, that was the absolute best god damn nashville hot chicken i've ever had just by adding that little bit of extra flavor/moisture with the mayo, i just had to finally leave a review

I've tried the following items from here multiple times and have yet to have a bad experience:

Nashville hot chicken Spicy honey chicken Spicy honey burger All variations of their hand-made tots

Every single one has been absolutely phenomenal.

I ordered the deep fried raspberry cheesecake has takeout. Only when I got it home there was no raspberry drizzle so I was severely disappointed. You advertises that there will be raspberry drizzle on it. But it wasn't there. The deepfried cheesecake with the powdered sugar on it is pretty I bet it would have been really really good with raspberry drizzle. The provolone wedges were good but definitely are not like the picture. There was five way smaller than pictured wedges. And they look like they're bought from the Frozen section. I also got the hot ass fries which were absolutely Delicious. Alls I'm saying is if you're going to charge as much as you do you should at least get the pictures...

Rude! I called to place an order. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude about how you can only order online. I do not use food delivery services.So I asked for help on how to order without using that, and the guy that answered the phone caught an arrogant attitude with me and would not help me out. I explained to him how I randomly came across this place and wanted to give it a try. He hung up on me after telling me to order online, bye! How are they in business if this is how they treat people over the phone??? Wow. No way I'm ordering anything from this place now. This is how people get treated for trying to support local small businesses. I'll take my $$$$...
