I'm a crackhead for caffeine, and I'm slowly getting back into cafe hopping. This spot was across the street from where we just dined.
Parking: Every man for themselves. Paid metered parking in front or paid parking garage in the back. Follow the signs to public parking. Complimentary 3 hour parking. $5 + service fees after 3 hours paid via online.
Ambiance/Environment: This coffee shop is located inside the lobby of the Line Hotel. The lobby area is large with plenty of indoor seating. Very clean and modern inside. They also have limited outdoor seating. It was pretty busy when we visited.
Service: The cashier that assisted us was knowledgeable about the menu and even asked us questions before giving us recommendations. The barista was extremely quick and efficient. He made the drink while I was ordering lol.
Drink: I ordered their featured drink - Cloud Cream with espresso, plant-based coconut foam, and organic whole milk. This drink definitely felt light like a cloud. The foam gave it a very, slight coconut taste. The coffee was sweetened from the vanilla. If you like your coffee light and slightly sweetened, then this is perfect for you.
Pricing: $7.50 for 12 oz .. I knew LA was expensive but oof. I'd probably visit once in a while if I'm ever in...

Staying at The Line hotel, and this is the only option for breakfast in the building. Ordered a drip coffee, a croissant, and a bagel. The place was pretty busy, and the coffee and croissant came about seven minutes later. The woman at the counter said my bagel would be out in a minute. Meanwhile, 3 or 4 people that came after me got their drinks and food as I continued to wait. After a while, it became clear that someone had forgotten the order. It ended up taking another 10 minutes to get my bagel. When it was finally ready, the woman at the counter just threw it on the counter and said, 'Here you go'. No apology, no explanation.
Coffee is nothing to write home about. Cashless operation, practically forces you to to tip them up front on your credit card for...
Read moreI work the night shift so when I come here it’s usually within the hour before they close at 5pm. I usually make it there at 4:45pm. I go a few times a week and this is the fourth time they “closed early” so I can’t get my coffee that I pay $10 for plus tip even though they’re not supposed to close for another 15 minutes. It’s so frustrating because I wake up and rush over to try to make it in time and I will think I am good with 15 minutes to spare and they still shut me down. Not a good start to my day. When I’m paying those prices consistently I don’t appreciate driving all the way there just for them to tell me they’re closed when they’re really not. I wasn’t going too write this review but I’m just so sick of it at this point. Won’t be...
