My husband and I have lived in this building just a couple weeks shy of 1 year, so I wanted to provide a review of how it has been! From my rating, you can see we have been very happy. THE APARTMENT We live in the building on 6th and love it. We have unobstructed views of the mountains, Hollywood sign, and the Observatory. Seeing the views everyday is so calming and happy. The finishes and appliances are all beautiful and genuinely made well. We have not had any major issues, and when we have had small things happen the building is extremely responsive. There is a ton of closet space which makes keeping the space organized very easy. I love all the bathroom finishes. We do not hear sounds from outside typically (unless it is really loud sirens etc). Occasionally we catch a drift of kbbq on the weekend when they first start up the busy dinner flow, but it’s short lived. That is genuinely the only “issue” I can even think of and it’s not something that happens often. THE BUILDING + NEIGHBORHOOD We are obsessed with the building. The amenities are smaller in our building, but still super nice. We have complete access to the main building amenities as well. The gyms are so nice. Both rooftops are incredible. Our side doesn’t have the pool, but there is a really pretty grass area with bistro lights that we lay out on and read or hang at. It’s stunning views and all the grills + seating areas are well maintained by the building. All the common areas look as good as they did a year ago. The building is really committed to keeping our community looking nice, which I appreciate. We have had some really fun movie nights in the theater with friends. The garage is great and it’s so nice to not stress about parking. The visitor parking is great as well. Packages are an easy process and overall the building runs smoothly. The neighborhood is more urban/city-like, but I do think the green spaces and views from the building balance that out. I stick to the surrounding blocks for the most part because there is HMart, restaurants, coffee shops, etc, all within 5-10 min walks. I never feel unsafe, though I always watch where I am stepping 😅. If you walk 10-15 minutes you hit Hancock Park Village area that is super pretty it take walks in. Larchmont Village is a short drive (or 45 min walk) and we love it there too. LEASING PROCESS Angela handled our leasing process and she is incredible. I am positive anyone else that worked with her feels the same. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the building. She was patient showing us 10+ units until we found the one that felt right (this was back when they were not yet fully occupied). She was honest during the process and I never felt like she was trying to sell us. She knew the apartment and community spoke for itself. Even a year later she remembers our names and checks in when we see her around the community. FINAL THOUGHTS My husband and I have lived in *many* buildings, in many cities, and we both agree this has been our favorite apartment + building. If we are living in LA, this is the building we want to be in. It has been such a positive experience and that is so important to have in your home. It’s definitely our happy and safe place. Attaching some of my favorite pics + videos from our library / living room area. The kitchen island was added by us. Building - North Tower Layout - 2+2 + home office (really feels like a 3/2)

(One-Month Move-In Review) It’s been exactly one month since we moved into OPUS, and I couldn’t be happier with our decision. The apartment is safe, clean, and incredibly convenient for everyday living. This review is a bit long, but if you’re considering OPUS or looking for a new place, I highly recommend reading through. Choosing OPUS is a decision you won’t regret! Apartment/Community Management This is hands down my favorite part about living here. Both the leasing office and the maintenance team are incredibly responsive and communicative. From rent payments to concierge services, everything can be managed through the portal or app, and they’re always available via email, phone, or in person. Special thanks to Christopher and Angela for helping with the move-in process, Adriana for assisting on moving day, and Evelyn for following up on post-move-in checks. A shoutout to the amazing maintenance team: Javier, who handled so many details, Ramses, who found our scared cat on moving day, and Andy, who’s fixed everything from light bulbs to bigger repairs (honestly, Andy can fix anything). There are others whose names I don’t know but whose faces I recognize—thank you all! And of course, Reina, who has been so attentive and supportive from the tour to post-move-in—you’re the best! 레이나님 짱짱맨! 👍 OPUS팀 모두모두 너무 감사해요. The fact that I know all these names speaks volumes about how attentive and thoughtful the leasing office is. They provide solutions and advice for every question, making me feel truly cared for and part of the OPUS community. Facilities Since it’s a new building, everything—both in the units and the common areas—is clean and well-maintained. I often work from home or on weekends and evenings, and the co-working spaces are perfect: quiet, well-equipped, and very usable. The fitness center is stocked with modern equipment and is always clean. The spacious lounge, the rooftop with a 360-degree view of LA, and the pet facilities on the 4th floor are all excellent. I haven’t used all the amenities yet, but everything is clearly well-managed. Concierge The 24-hour concierge service is fantastic. They notify you about deliveries and are always available to assist. I once locked myself out, and the concierge team helped me right away. Big thanks to Yvette, Priscilla, and the person who unlocked our door! Their presence adds to the safety and convenience of living here. Safety & Privacy Every entry point, including the parking garage and community facilities, requires key access, which makes me feel secure. Despite being a large apartment complex, it feels private—thanks to well-designed layouts, thoughtful facility management, and considerate neighbors who respect each other’s space and noise levels. Neighborhood OPUS is in a super convenient location. Delicious Korean restaurants like BCD are within walking distance, and several Korean grocery stores are nearby. I think I’ve been eating more Korean food here than I did back in Korea! Living at OPUS has been an incredible experience so far, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead. I’m so happy OPUS is part of our family’s journey!

Opus is the worst place to live in Los Angeles K-town. If you want "luxury problems" rather than a luxury apartment, feel free to live here. I have had dust coming from AC vents and is constantly circulating through my entire apartment due to the central ventilation system and it's been over a month with no resolution. They haven't solved the problem for a month, sent maintenance who couldn't solve the main problem, and finally called a 3d party vendor, scheduling them at 6AM Monday morning. Who comes to the residents' apartments to fix a significant problem at 6 AM?Thanks to them, my lung condition has worsened. They also use this 3rd party app called "built" ($15 transaction fee every month to pay rent), which takes 24-48 hours for the transaction to go through. And opus charges 100$ late fee if your transaction isn't completed before the 3rd. This is not my problem for paying rent after the 3rd, its the 3rd party app's. I've emailed them, tried to talk to them by going to the leasing office, and they are never there. Never reply to my emails, never answer anything residents are saying. If you are rich and want to get ripped off, go ahead and live at Opus.

After touring multiple apartments in LA, my experience with Reina at OPUS was by far the best. The benefits offered by OPUS are outstanding, and thanks to Reina’s professionalism and warm hospitality, my wife and I applied for a lease the very next day.

Now, having lived in LA for about a month, I can confidently say that choosing OPUS was one of the best decisions we've made. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Koreatown, with excellent access to public transportation. The parking facility is spacious, secure, and well-organized, with assigned parking spaces that eliminate the stress of finding a spot.

Living in the north tower, I wake up every day to breathtaking views of the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and the northern LA skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment layout is efficient, and the appliances provided are top-notch. Another great advantage is the simplified utility billing, which is incredibly helpful for newcomers to the U.S. who might not have an established credit history or local contacts.

The amenities at OPUS LA are truly top-class. The lounge areas, fitness center, and co-working spaces are among the best in LA. The high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and the free printing service in the workspaces make it a dream for remote workers like me. While I haven’t used them yet, the rooftop pool and spa promise unforgettable memories in LA. For pet owners, the spacious pet park and on-site pet washing station make OPUS an extremely pet-friendly environment, which has been a major plus for my family and our cat.

But above all, what truly sets OPUS apart is its incredible management team. From the application process to move-in and beyond, Reina has been nothing short of an angel in "city of Angels", guiding us through every step. Angela and Evelyn have also been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or requests. The 24/7 concierge team ensures that we feel safe and taken care of, adding to the luxury living experience. Additionally, the maintenance team is impressively efficient—most requests are resolved the same day!

Overall, OPUS LA is an exceptional choice among the many apartment options in LA. If you’re looking for a modern, convenient, and luxurious place to call home, I highly...
