Alfred Coffee — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I love this cafe, but I had a very unpleasant experience with the male worker today around 4:30 that has happened to me more than once at this location. He answered my questions with so much attitude and spoke down to me as though I was unintelligent or as though I was a child. I felt so incredibly uncomfortable throughout our interaction because I was so nice, and I didn't say or ask anything remotely difficult to answer or anything that needed so much attitude. I never write reviews for places, but I tipped 18% on top of all the attitude I received and it just felt so horrible to tip for terrible service. It's not the first time that this specific worker has given me attitude, and I'm too anxious to go back to this location for now because of how I was being spoken to. Absolutely love the quality of the drinks and the matcha here but I really hope that the staff is spoken to so that this doesn't become a recurring issue because I would hate for this place to receive any other negative reviews since everything...

this has always been one of my favorite spots when i’m in the area, I went on saturday and ordered 2 lattes. It was mildly busy, I waited 35 minutes and still had not received my order. I wasn’t in a hurry and know how busy it can get so that’s why i was willing to wait that long. It got to a point where I couldn’t wait any longer so i just went and asked for a refund. Also everyone that had ordered after me had already gotten their drinks. The barista seemed a little annoyed asked me “what was wrong with your drinks?” I felt so bad but told him i never got them and needed to go. He said he submitted the refund on his end and it would take a few minutes to show up for me. Fast forward to today i see the charge is posted on my card. It was my first time going to Alfred’s coffee and I had very high expectations. I ordered the matcha cloud cream and it was very very salty and I couldn’t understand why? I gave it a few stirs with the straw and then took a few more sips from it and no I couldn’t drink it. My tummy started to hurt and I was sad the fact that I wasted 7 dollars and some cents for a small but didn’t even enjoy the drink and ended up throwing it away. I’m willing to give it another try.
