Ralphs Pharmacy — Local services in Los Angeles

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in all of the valley. The customer service is extremely rude and impatient, I’ve been hung up on and quite personally I think they’re very lazy as well. Six people on staff and nobody filling prescriptions. They’ll tell you that your prescription is ready and when you go in to pick it up you’ll either have to wait 30 minutes for them to actually fill it or they’ll just flat out tell you they won’t have it for a week because they are out, No courtesy call. I’ve never felt more belittled or uncared-for. When my doctors in their offices have called to fix a problem that this pharmacy has created, I’ve been told that they are extremely rude to the office staff and doctors, so much so that they actually asked me to change pharmacies. I wish there was a lower rating I could give. Don’t go to this place. I been going here for 3 years and almost every person that works there has an attitude. I been trying to get my allergy medication for 3 months now. Their text/email system doesn’t work properly. Every time I go there to pick up my medication they tell me because I didn’t pick it up on time, they have to get it “ready again” how can I pick it up when I don’t get a call or text ? And instead keeping the customers happy she has an attitude with me....

Very negative experience with a pharmacist at this location. I have ADHD and am finally trying medication after waiting 10 years for a proper adult diagnosis, and the pharmacist was extremely rude about my provider sending my script here. I guess there is a new regulation regarding telehealth. Instead of letting me know this so I can obtain proper care, she told me my “dose was too high” and hung up on me, as well as being extremely disrespectful during the interaction...
