Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I love Baja Fresh, my only complaint this time is we did an online order, I asked for a chicken taco and a steak taco for my daughter, I of course paid more for the steak, but when we got home we just had 2 chicken tacos. I'm not into examining the food while at the restaurant and this was covered in cheese so it was hard to tell until my daughter but into them both that there was no steak to be found. Just not taking the time to be sure the order is correct, it was a little disappointing. Ordered food from the Northridge location which is 2 blocks from my house and without notifying me it was switched to this location. I don't have a car so I had to spend $20 on an Uber to pick it up and take it home and my food was already cold by the time I got it. When I expressed my concern over the mixup and over getting cold food to the woman on the phone she had no solution and had even left my food sitting on the outer counter instead of on the one closer to the kitchen where it could have maybe been a little warmer. The experience on mother's day really sucked. They got our order wrong we ordered a steak bowl and carnita bowl and a drink. We got a a chicken bowl instead of steak. The sprite was nothing but soda water. It took them 15 minutes to fix it because the only one around was the cook. One employee was at lunch.
