I’m disappointed…I’ve eaten here and ordered Pho so 1 many times in the restaurant with a good experience so far. HOWEVER today I decided to get my usual but take out for the very first time. My usual Choice is item Pho so 1 and when I got home it came with RAW meat inside!😩. Usually it’s not like that when you eat it in the restaurant. They bring it to your table FULLY COOKED. I was very SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED since I have medical condition and can’t have raw meat. So now I have to cook it, which defeats the purpose of me getting take out since I didn’t want to cook today. I bought it for $31 and I gave them a tip ( which I didn’t have to) and now I regret giving them. I’m not doing take out anymore there and I’m now hesitant to even want to come back now bc of this Negative experience. Just thought I’d let others know incase they also can’t have raw meat. It would have been nice if they would put ACCURATE pictures of the Pho so 1 on their website and it would be more clear to the customers what they can expect to receive. I called to tell them this and all they said is ā€œso sorryā€ and I’ll just have to cook it with now having to reboil the pho soup bc I live 30 min away and it’s not hot enough to cook raw meat anymore. Can’t explain How disappointed I am especially right now that I’m tired from a very rough week at work. Ugh. Don’t Purchase Take out Here if you can’t eat raw Meat.

Update: 2/20/2025: This is definitely one of my favorite places to come to. I enjoy all the different options of but my favorite is the number five large with extra peppers. However, the spring rolls are a must have item for me as well, but after eating so much I have to have a cafe sua da or iced coffee it’s delicious I recommend spending at least an hour, lol the portions are amazing Number one I’m a huge Vietnamese food fan growing up in Seattle I got to eat it all the time and I absolutely love this place they’ve done so well to make the food convenient and easy and it’s perfect to enjoy outside. I had to of course had to have the pho with beef and tendon it was the number two on the menu I was greeted immediately and by the way everybody is very friendly, even the interior of the restaurant makes me excited for the days when we can actually go back inside again. They kept everything very clean sanitizers available at the front desk if you want good cheap food then you need to come here this place is beautiful they’re working very hard I am coming back!! One thing I love is to get the extra peppers of course in hot weather that’s not desirable but vitamin C and healthy content load up the bean sprouts let the broth soak in through the super mouth watering I’m going to try many other items on the menu!

*Delayed post from May ā€˜25 Came here for some comfort food and left very satisfied! Our party of 2 waited about 20 minutes for a table to open up around 8pm on a Sunday as it was packed, with large parties waiting both in and outside the restaurant. Our server was short with us, not very hospitable, and we had to ask for things multiple times, but the food was so good I honestly don’t think the service is a deal breaker for going here. The atmosphere is very family oriented too, with long tables and large, shareable portions for everyone to get a little bit of everything. We ordered the Cha Gio (Fried Egg Rolls), which came out burning hot and were crispy, well stuffed, and had a fantastic savory flavor. Wrap the lettuce and vegetables around a roll and dip it in the fish sauce for a great combination of flavors, textures, and temperatures. We also ordered the Pho with Beef Flank and Brisket. The broth was full of umami flavor and the beef was tender, falling apart as we scooped it up into a second bowl for sharing. I suggest ordering additional vegetables on the side to load up on the fresh ingredients for a balanced bite.

It's a chain, popular among the Valley residents, that my family has been going to (between this place and pho 999) for the past 20 years. With that being said and the fact that I lived 10 min walking distance away from this new location for the first 18 of those 20 years, I was genuinely mad and upset, but excited at the same time, when I first found out that they'll be opening up another location so close to my place, because they opened up less than a year after I moved away I believe... In regards to the food, well, what's there to say, especially when I already explained that I've been going there for 20 years, grew up eating it every saturday for years? I will say that there are some differences between pho so 1 and pho 999 though. My parents prefer pho so 1, I'm ok with both, and my ex's family preferred pho 999. Pho 999's broth has stronger smell. Either way, both places are GREAT and I will be genuinely sad if anything should happen to either of the places. In regards to how they're doing with COVID pandemic? Pretty good. Kept real good distances between the tables, BUT they still have sauce bottles, which I did not like and agree with AT ALL. Food tastes the same, but their prices seemed to have gone up a little.. OH! and they also charge $1 extra per person for COVID issue,, which I was fine with. I'd be happy to support the local restaurants...
