The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I was coming to the correct location, which I appreciate. The food is amazing. The only downside to this location is the tiny parking lot and dumpster right in front of the restaurant. Last time there were people digging in it for cans and the time before a homeless man was sleeping right near the door. Insanely terrible service. Cashier messed up which order was mine and instead of owning up to it simply kept deflecting and blaming. I'm waiting with my daughter for an hour while being quoted 25 minutes. I ask for water because my daughter has been sitting there waiting and told they only have water for purchase. Very rude cashier with a terrible attitude. Never coming here again. The cashier simply could have said "what was your order?" instead of just asking my name and running away and then deflecting and making excuses. Also wings were just fine but $72???...

We are addicted to the chicken at this place. We generally get the original and honey garlic boneless chicken. So crispy and delicious! It is a bit pricey for take-out food, but we think it's worth it. The workers are always very friendly and efficient. There are a few tables inside, but we live pretty close so we eat it at home. We are so happy to have great Korean fried chicken in the neighborhood. My only complaint is that they put disposable forks in the bag automatically and I tend to forget to ask them to take them out before I...
