TLDR; violated health protocols. disgusted with my experience.
There were two people on the line and the first guy seemed fine, but the second person was terrible. First off, she didn't pay attention. She was constantly looking away and seemed very distracted and didn't appear to care. She cut the bread into crazy proportions that was uneven throughout. She threw ingredients on without regard; for example, the cheese was not even throughout, she layered some here and tossed some there, so I ended up with a sandwich that had double layers of cheese in some places and no cheese in others. I know this is not how you're supposed to do things. I could go on and on about how she prepared the sandwich and wrapped it, but the worst part was the cleanliness factor- her mask was under her nose and worst of all she took out her phone and started using it while my sandwich was toasting… she didn’t change gloves or wash or anything. I honestly felt sick after seeing this and really just didn’t even want to eat the sandwich at that point. In the end I did try to eat it but after a few bites I really couldn’t continue- it wasn’t worth the risk especially because I wasn’t even enjoying the sandwich. So yeah I just threw away a footlong. My girlfriend who was with me also got a 6-inch and said it tasted like it had something fermented/rotten in it. Beyond disappointed, we were completely disgusted and upset. Read moreI go here all the time! Sad to admit how often haha. Typically I stop in just to get a large drink for the agua fresca. And today it was extremely busy but after I paid for it I realized the drink was low. It didn’t fill my cup but half way so I asked how long it would (knowing how long, as I’ve waited bfr) the 1st lady simply said it is out then and won’t fill it I said I could wait so they could bring the line down. After 10min the 2nd lady said that that was it and won’t check to refill it. Not even to simply look if they have it (which we all know, they do). It literally takes no more than 2 min to put the stuff in the container to get it going. I said I can’t drink the other drinks and asked the 3rd lady if she can check for me. Again she also said no. All 3 employees refused to even check if they had it to refill but offered to let me get a water. I don’t want a water. I waited 20min just for all 3 employees to refuse to refill it or even check if they have it. It was overall really frustrating since I waited for all of the customers to finish and there were on 2 customers and 3 employees when I asked the 3rd employee. Ordering online is always a hassle, they either don't have the sandwich or the subway workers will literally not do the order and won't give you a call. I've had problems ordering online both with Postmates, and the actually subway website. For instance today I ordered three subway melts from the subway website. When I get to the store they tell me that they don't have a subway melt on the menu, but instead they made a turkey and ham with no bacon. When I asked them to add the bacon they told me I had to pay extra. The people in the store are nice and friendly but if you are ordering online give them a call first because they may or may not make the same stuff on the...
