Rude Customer Service Girl did not understand to answer about my rewards card Bread was falling apart as he cut He had unpleasant tone Started by saying "Whaddi u wont" He made me swipcard first he saw 2$ rewards but once I came to pay it was not there He may have given it to other customer because he took two customers as he tried to figure out my promo code Overpriced Sandwich footlong bread was stale I asked for bannana peppers he gave me jalapeno (see photos) did not wrap sandwich properly used prep paper sandwich paper stuck to bread tuna it was a mess Total waste of $ This Subway does not value its customers I lost my 2$ rewards as well because they had no clue how to add to order my rewards My 1st time at a Subway in 6 months I know why deleted my account I will not go back to Subway Sent a customer feedback to subway subway replied with can reply from owner never addressed my concerns ignored my feedback comments Horrible Customer Service , Horrible...

Came in here for my veggie wrap as always like any other subway. The server was told I wanted guacamole and he barely gave me anything. I been to over 50+ subways around the city of LA. He gave me a baby ass scoop of guaca. Then when I told him that was barely anything he decided to charge me extra. How do you charge we extra for barelt a penny size scoop?.... 2ndly When I came in the door I wasnt greeted until 10 minutes later. While the lady stood there just staring at me. Then finally she greets me. Then when I tell her I want a spinach wrap she leaves and goes to the back. 5 minutes later comes out "STINGY ASS JOSE" . What kind of Subway are you running here ? Worse subway ever. I️ came in to purchase cookies as I️ do very often from subways. Because they are infamous for their delicious cookies. And I️ asked if they cookies were soft and the young lady told me yes. So I️ purchased 6. When I️ got to my car and took a bite I️ literally almost chipped a tooth they were so hard and stale. I️ tried to return the Cookies or at least get a fresh batch and both the lady and the male seemed as if my concerns did not matter.
