Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Salo/Sola assistant manager was extremely perceptive, helpful, humble and pretty freaking awesome!!! I did need a Lil help tho I didn't ask lol... I was outside trying to figure out the app and order something, and Salo was sooo extremely perceptive that he actually came outside to ask if I needed help. He helped me w all of my questions and helped me with my order. He made it super easy for me to get exactly what I wanted the way that I wanted it. I've been to this location a few times and the food is always good but this time my entire experience was awesome. Salo was amazing that he actually came outside to see if I needed help cuz I did!!! The person who took my order was prompt welcoming and nice, the other guy that made my pizza was polite and made my pizza well, and the next person that took out, garnished, and double cut my pizza when asked was also awesome polite and generally happy to be so helpful. Every single one of your employees today really made my entire experience awesome and actually enjoyable. Thank you so much to all of your staff and exceptional service. Best experience I've had in the service industry for almost a year. Service was cheerful, perceptive, and very much above anything I've expected. The place seems to be hip and cool but I can guaranteed you that the pizza tastes just as basic as the people you see here, no flavor. Take my advice and go to a Domnino's instead, even though I have had diarreah from eating too much Domino's.

The idea of building your own pizza is great but the ingredients offered here are stale, nothing unique or interesting that would get you to drool over. You can pretend to be hip and cool while trying to invoke your creation from a burning furnace behind the counter but in the end, you will fall short and feel cheated. For that reason, now as you are eating your pizza, take a look around you, most people settled with NOTHING new. Chances are they will also over-compensate for the lack of luster in taste with the trendy hot sauce like tabasco and the cock sauce. Those are great options and will enhance the flavor of your pizza if your pizza come from any other places. Nothing can save the flavor of the pizza you made here. Oh yeah, double check with your doctor later on this year just in case a part of the burnt crust are still stuck in your bladder, indigestible. I know I will have to.

I gave the 2 stars, neither for the idea or the taste, but for the place. Yes, its nice to sit in a place with AC after driving around in the scorching sun...

I DO NOT recommend this Blaze, especially if you have food allergies/restrictions, or if you want your pickup order to be correct. Our family ordered online for pickup, and one of the pizzas was supposed to vegan & gluten free. I opened the box at the restaurant to check the pizza, and the guy had added a basil pesto sauce all over the top of the pizza. That sauce has dairy products in it, which doesn't work for a vegan pizza. I verified with the guy who made the pizza and he confirmed he added the dairy product by mistake. Instead of enjoying dinner with my family, the other pizza we ordered was getting cold while the Blaze employee took 20 minutes to make me a new pizza, a pizza that was so burnt I had to throw some of it away (see photos).

I can see from the other reviews that this is a consistent problem with making ingredient mistakes. Management consistently states they'll take care of it, and yet the carelessness persists. I don't trust these folks...
