Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Sad to see the management is still failing their customers and employees. As a former employee from this location I can confidently say that the true problem is not chipotle itself but the lack of leadership the managers bring to this location.

Im extremely biased solely based on my own experience as a crew member who worked for this location for over a year. If you think they treat their employees any better, they don't.

There is no real presence of a manager or leader role here leaving its employees to never be enthusiastic towards work. The hourly pay here doesn't represent the amount of work the managers ask from it's employees. Managers hog all the hours causing there to be less staff scheduled since managers think it's okay to schedule themselves 12 hour shifts a day while only putting the efforts of a 4 hour shift into their work. DONT NOT APPLY HERE ! if you care about being treated with human dignity. DONT NOT EAT HERE ! BE READY TO WORK ...

Pretty standard fare as far as Chipotle locations go. My overall, subconscious expectations were met. Food was fine. Service was fast and friendly. HOWEVER, I opted to "dine in" and while the place was clean with plenty of space to sit, the music (aka "musack") level was off the charts. Dude, seriously... Bring the volume level down a few notches. Am I supposed to be in a Chipotle or a techno dance club here? I really felt like I should've been wearing a purple wig and a hoodie with glowsticks while eating my carne asada bowl to the beat. I came in at 9:45 and I had to use the restroom before ordering to wash my hands and the lady told me she closed the bathrooms at 9:30 pm. Keep in mind the restaurant closes at 11 pm. I go across the street to the poke shop and ask to use their restroom and the man so kindly agreed but I returned to Chipotle because I love Chipotle. They had one girl running the line and we waited about ten minutes for her to finish ONE burrito. When it was finally my turn at about 10 pm, she said they only had what was out and nothing more.
