Blazing Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Maaaannnnn, so me and my brother (two young beautiful black men nearly 30) go lookin for a chicken spot. I’m not sure if this is the spot when we pull up but we see the 4.9 rating and we’re like yup this is it. Get in and see the prices and options and we’re like maaayyybee this ain’t the spot. Manager sees we’re on the fence and he makes sure we have all the info we need on portion sizes and spice levels, all that. We decide to go with it and give it a shot, both getting the sand which tender combo (cause it comes w fries and drink) and we were beyond satisfied. The chicken sandwich was heavy and incredibly delicious. I got the mild on that which was perfect and the hot for my tender which was also perfect. My boy got the wings also w lemon pepper, also perf. He got the hot and the blazin for his burger and tender. Tender is nice and large, more like a cutlet. Chicken patty is more like a fat juicy tender breast. Fries were great, slaw in the sand which was fire, sauces were great, I do enjoy their take on hot honey sauce. To say the least we know now why it’s the only spot in NoHo w a 4.9, rightly so. Def got our moneys worth and we were so happy to not be disappointed but to be taken care of and super satisfied with the food. Shouts out to the manager Martin for taking care of us!!! They still have some crazy promos goin on and I posted the sand which on my ig story, the place just needs a bit more hype which I think will come inevitably. If you’re wondering if this is the spot then wonder no further, you’re in the right place 🙏🏽

This place was awesome! Delicious food, thoughtful staff, excellent value for the money. It was so good, after we had dinner one evening, we went back for breakfast a couple days later. First time our family of 6 ordered dine-in dinner. The whole family grubbed down to our fill, with some food to take home for later. The fries are on point, flavorful and crispy.The manager (maybe the owner) was patient with my 4 kids to make sure their order wasnt too spicy for them, he even checked back a couple time while we were eating to make sure they enjoyed their meal. I ordered the chicken sandwich, with medium spice. Just right. Had some kick but tons of flavor. Tried a hot, and a blazin chicken tender, too. Blazin is not for the faint of tongue. The blazin lit me up. Had me sweating looking for relief, haha. Thankfully, I was able to cool my pallete with the delicious banana pudding. I've been driving by this place for months and finally gave it a shot. The customer service was friendly and very quick, and while I was ordering to-go, the place was extremely clean and was a generally pleasant atmosphere. The unassuming decor does not do justice to the food; the chicken is extremely flavorful and juicy, and their spice mixture is AMAZING. The unexpected star, however, was their smash burger. Juicy generously sized patties, perfectly caramelized onions, and a buttery brioche bun was an unexpected mixture of high-quality ingredients in the humble but classic smash burger form.
