Little House Spa — Local services in Los Angeles

Having gone to this place for years and having no disappointments is unfortunately a thing of the past. Having made an appointment a week ago I was again having neck and shoulder pain and could hardly move. Having an urgent problem, I didn't realistically hope to be treated by their best masseuse, just figured anybody working there would be decent. I pointed out the problem. To my shock, it turned out the lady either didn't know at all or decided not to do a massage. The whole hour my back or shoulder didn't get touched. Instead, my legs were being rubbed and walked on. In the last 5 minutes she tried to stretch me backwards by pressing a knee directly into my spine. I started worrying about getting paralyzed. And then she stepped on my spine while I was laying down. I walked out. The real issue that overshadows the previous good experience is that the management doesn't seem to care who works there . Having called the next day, they acted like everything was fine and they didn't see any issues.

My honest review it was my first time here I usually go to different spa in noho but it was booked so decided to book this one cuz it has good reviews and it’s super close to my place I wanted to love but the lady who massaged me didn’t know much I wanted Medium Swedish I kept telling her but I don’t think she understood me we did couple with my boyfriend he likes it soft but he said it felt like a rubdown no pressure at all they didn’t even stretched us or crack our back at all and they barely touched our feet so I won’t be coming back …. Diamond is the BEST masseuse. Tried out this place spontaneously based on its great reviews and proximity to where it would be most convenient for me to go get a massage in the middle of the day when I got some unexpected free time. They were able to book me for a deep tissue massage and available for an appointment 30 min after calling. The $58 1-hour deep tissue price is cash only, and if you choose to pay card instead, it was a few more dollars but not a significant increase or a price difference. Overall, great experience and...
