Horrible expierence here the cashier at this location wouldn't give a lady who was waiting in line for a very long time her refund! The lines were getting longer and even one of the people ordering told the cashier to go ahead and assist the lady for her refund and he said no it takes a little longer frustrated the lady and everyone waiting for their order cahsier then went back and got busy and didn't come back, sorry i walked out! I felt bad for the lady waiting for her refund and she was upset i dont know why the cashier was making it hard and didn't just give her money back so people could get going! So weird! No pizza for me tonight! š this location needs a revamp on employees or needs to train better or someone else needs to manage this place better something has to give can't have a pizza place known for pizzas made and ready to go be empty and behind on help or whatever excuse there might be! At least we'd have a pizza that was warm/hot, right? Nope! We got this thing home and it was about as white as a ghost underneath. It wasn't baked at all! The outer rim of the crust was baked but once you looked under the entirety of the pizza? It was spongy, soggy, with just a little suggestion of warmth. Disgusting. We ate none of it. We tried calling the location, but its clear that the corporate entity doesn't want people to call with a complaint. You can't get past the automated phone system to get a hold of anyone real. Its very strange to me that I'm making a complaint about Little Caesars of all places because I've already set the bar extremely low for them to begin with, I didn't think I'd ever see it...

Couple of times in the past I've been treated like I owe them money. But today it was over the top. I came in with out the mask (I lost mine on the way) and kindly asked the cashier to provide me with one, if its necessary. The fat woman at the register didn't even let me finish, and said to put the mask on or get the F out. I get that everyone is going crazzy about fancy flu but there has to be a reasonable communication, especially if you provide the service. P.s. I didn't argue with her, just left and ordered a pizza...
