Incredibly helpful and communicative! I was interested in buying an unusual European chair, the HÅG Capisco, because I had read it can be helpful for artists who have back pain from hunching forward to draw. It’s a very usual and somewhat expensive chair, and I wanted to try sitting in it before ordering, but could not find a brick and mortar store that sells them.

I called Advanced Liquidators hoping they might have a used one I could try out, and turns out they also sell brand new office furniture! They person I spoke to wrote down the name of the weird chair I wanted, accent marks and all, and they tracked down the US dealer, and got a floor sample to their store for me to try very quickly.

I was able to try it, loved it, and ordered a fully custom HÅG Capisco through them. They were not pushy at all, showed me all the chair adjustments, helped with all the custom options, showed me physical upholstery samples. Price and customer service were great.

Huge selection, and helpful service. I was looking for a lightly used office chair, and this place had hundreds to choose from. I was able to try out chairs to my heart's content, and then pick out a good one, with no discernable wear, for a fraction of the cost for a new one of the same quality at an office supply store or Amazon. The first person I ran into was Jose Graciano, who helped with my selection, the process of loading it into my SUV, and with purchase. Although I didn't buy an expensive Aeron, I asked to see some and he happily showed them to me too. Family owned business run by truly fantastic people. I hired them for an office move, and after a situation with the office building on the day of, we had to reschedule - huge shout out to Eric, who worked diligently to fit me in to their schedule as I was dealing with a time crunch. Also Maria, who put through my numerous calls and provided me with quick and thorough customer service. The movers themselves were quick, efficient, and were careful not to bump or ding the space.
