It could have been better.
Excitement arose in hopes of a tasty lobster roll. The menu displayed their most popular items center stage on the board and the taste buds preemptively salivated.
Then the bad service deflated the entire experience next to realizing I just paid $100 for two entree items and two drinks.
Even after having a short conversation with them before finalizing my order, the girl behind the counter just forgot to put in my complete order. Without even an apology, they just insistingly told me, "you didn't order the clam chowder," when I returned to the counter asking where the rest of my order was.
Although the food is good here, the service is subpar and far from equal to the high fine dining prices they are charging. Whether it is poor training or simply a complete lack of nice customer service, the bitter taste from the interaction before taking a bite was enough for me to conclude I could be treated rudely and pay less for it.

We meet her at the register and ask very simple questions about the menu. Her responses were curt, her demeanor was rude, and she was unwilling to make accommodations. After a few minutes of dealing with her disgusting attitude, my friend and I concluded she couldn't care less if we bought food from this expensive place, so she let $200 walk out the door as we decided to simply find food at a more welcoming place. Good help is truly...
Read morethis is not the only lobster place in Los Angeles. So, for the lady with the black pony tail to sit on her phone on some social media app commenting when there is a line of a couple of folks waiting at the counter to be served is unprofessional and completely unsatisfactory. 1145am sept 3rd. Find another lobster roll place that will respect their customers. Idk how long u been in business or how well established you feel u are. The minute you start disrespecting your customers is the minute I take my money elsewhere. (Not one point while she was on her phone did she say I’ll be there in just minute. Also other employee saw the line , me in it made eye contact and nodded to the lady on her phone. This employee couldn’t help me because her was...
