The worst Carl's Jr. you can go to. The staff is rude and will literally talk behind your back. In my case i ordered sweet potato fries from the drive-thru as well as a combo meal for my mother. As i was heading back home i saw that the fries were half-way filled from the container, looked old, and tasted old. I went back to have new one's down. When i told the girl about the problem i had, she literally rolled her eyes at me. Took the fries and told the cook to make more as she did that her co worker asked what the problem was. Both girls stayed talking while their backs were against me. I knew they had been talking about me because i saw both glancing back at me as they talked.
I've worked in a Fast food restaurant before I know how its like. But never had i given attitude like how these girls did to me. I could have taken those old fries and not done anything but sorry no I am not going to settle for less. I spend $13 which to some is not a lot but to me it was a lot for old half way...
Read moreRonnie was spectacular I had an absolutely incredible experience at Carl’s Jr. recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ronnie, whose service turned a simple meal into a truly memorable visit.
From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was clean, inviting, and the aroma of fresh, sizzling burgers set the perfect tone. We ordered a massive amount of food and he made it as easy as possible to accommodate the big order.
But what truly made the visit exceptional was Ronnie. Friendly, professional, and full of positive energy, Ronnie made me feel like more than just a customer, like a guest. They offered great recommendations, made sure my order was perfect, and checked in to ensure everything was just right. It’s rare to find that kind of authentic, top-tier service in a fast-food setting, and Ronnie delivered it effortlessly.
Carl’s Jr. has always delivered on flavor, but thanks to Ronnie’s outstanding service, this visit was a standout. I’ll...
Read moreYou guys are incredibly careless. My family and I got really lucky that we DOUBLE CHECKED the items before we handed them to the person for whom the order was for. We ordered a BEYOND FAMOUS STAR because the individual it was for CANNOT EAT MEAT. Not out of some fashionable thing, but literally CANNOT EAT MEAT. Had they eaten it and possibly end up at the E.R., it would have been terrible. The entire order was mostly correct except for that one burger. This is unacceptable. This is like lazy baristas who give caffeinated coffee to someone who ordered decaf because they think it's funny. I get that mistakes happen, but you NEED TO QC items before just handing them off. I have filed a formal complaint with your corporate headquarters to further address this matter. Be happy this is me you will be dealing with, and not any of the Attorneys I work with. If this had been a different outcome, the complaint you'd be receiving would be addressed via the...
