Denny's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I would give it half a star if possible Very bad service yesterday(11/26/18) I came to "eat" here and decided to leave WHY? Here is why so my family and I get here and we were waiting to get seated we waited for idk 5min tops. When we got there there was a waiter who saw us come in he was with a client at the cash register who was paying. She left and he went on to attend to tables We kept waiting and in comes this lady with two kids I'm assuming they were regular customers because the same waiter that saw us saw them come in immediately came to greet them and asked how was their Thanksgiving and told them to give him a second to get seated he then procced to attend a near by table and a another waiter came in and got them seated first. I was in disbelief of what had just happened because the waiter who had seen us come in made eye contact with the other waiter and said nothing about us being there first. I got mad and told my husband it wasn't fair since we were there first and had been waiting for a good while to get serve. I'm still mad by the way we were treated and I'm under the impression that it might even be that they are racists because we are Hispanics and the lady that came in was white It shouldn't matter what race we are we have the right to be treat with the same respect. As we got out the door another white family was coming in and even they got seated within the few seconds of coming in thru the door I just looked back at the waiter and made eye contact with one of them as I walked out shaking my head from side to side letting them know they messed up he saw me doing it and just turned away. We ended up going to another near by Denny's and let me tell you it was nothing compared to how we were treated here I would never go back to this Denny's.I used to be a regular costumer a few yrs back as well and I had stopped going because we just didn't had time to go back til now but with this incident I will NEVER SET foot in...

around 12am on august 11th my partner & i placed an online order for 2 super slams.

firstly, between the two of our orders, we found we were missing THREE pieces of bacon? my partner got 2 sausages & 2 bacon... & there was no bacon in his box. i had all pieces of bacon, & mine only included three.

secondly, i had ordered my eggs sunny side up. as you can see from the photo, there is quite literally an obscene amount of egg whites there. sure, i can understand the presence of some egg whites, but the left egg has legitimately an inch of raw egg white surrounding the yolk.

so, we had to drive back, which caused the interaction that lead me to writing this review in the first place. a gentleman with a buzz cut at the register heard our grievances, looked at the eggs, & proceeded to try to convince both my partner & i that the eggs were perfectly fine, & that sunny side up eggs have runny whites & if we wanted the whites cooked through we should've ordered over medium..? do your workers not know how to ensure quality control... or simply cook eggs? i didn't want to argue back in the store, due to customers being around & it didn't feel worth it to sit here & fight back with this guy over some eggs, so we took the (very greasy) over medium eggs & got the missing pieces of bacon. also! asked for hash browns extra crispy & only the edges felt the slightest bit crispy, with the entire middle being incredibly soft.

it is abundantly clear you do not care about your customers nor do you care about the quality of the food you are serving. raw eggs & 3 missing items, & your workers want your customers to eat raw egg whites? either your employees are trained to gaslight, or are entirely clueless about what they're serving. unacceptable & beyond disappointing.

First of all the host was so rude We didn't want to sit by the door so he told us to sit anywhere and wouldn't didn't bring menus and then when he did he threw it at the table that's how we started, Then we sat for 10 minutes no server than the server came and started to take an order of a table that just sat down and still ignored us We had a flag him down and tell him that we've been sitting here for 10 minutes which he apologized, Play store order clubs sandwich no ham just turkey instead of the ham He told me they had white American cheese I said yes my husband said no cheese sandwiches come to the table My husband's was correct put the plate on the table and the french fries flew over all over the table and my husband said I would like new french fries He goes oh you want new fries like we were supposed to eat them off the table very stupid My sandwich came out with yellow American cheese and ham and I said this is wrong just forget it I'll just eat fries and he brought me a to-go box thinking that I want the sandwich to go He wasn't paying attention I don't know if he had a problem I have no idea or issues I have no idea, The bill came it was $44 He charged us for two club sandwiches and extra turkey My we said we didn't order extra turkey he goes well you got it without the ham We said no we want it in replace of the ham is just turkey He didn't understand my husband asked for a manager who came out and said okay I'll charge you half price for your wife sandwich since the waiter said she ate half of it which I took two bites and realized there was ham and didn't eat it and everything was an issue it was most the worst Denny's we've ever walked into and we will never walk...
