Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give negative stars for this experience, I would. Every time this Dominos makes my pizza, as soon as I place the order online, I have to call and read to them what I ordered because they continuously get it wrong. If you ask for extra cheese, apparently if u see any red on the pizza- that is extra btw. They will tell you that usually you don’t see sauce.

Tonight, was no different. I paid for a specialty 6 cheese western pizza and paid additional for extra sauce and cheese. When I got home, it was just a plain pizza with 2 of the slices having no sauce/cheese at all. Just dough. I asked if I could send a picture in, that wasn’t allowed.

When I called the store, an extremely rude female picked up the phone and said that she knows the pizza had extra sauce and cheese, and I was wrong. I order this pizza every week, and I think I know the difference between a plain pizza and a specialty pizza by now- for one thing- a six cheese pizza should have six different cheeses on it. I offered to bring the pizza back so she could see it, and apparently you can’t go to this store unless you place an order (that is literally what I was told..) I explained I did place an order and the order I got was wrong. Then, she said I could go back for the new pizza but at this point, after 10 minutes of no joke arguing that I’m not dumb and I have eyes and see this isn’t my pizza, I just asked for her name and a refund. She said Dominos does not allow them to give out names. I want to see that policy that employees don’t wear name badges and can’t provide a first name... clearly this wasn’t the first time.

This woman needs a course in customer service because right or wrong (though I’m not wrong) no paying customer should ever feel the way she made me feel. I felt stupid as I looked at the pizza and was simultaneously being told I’m wrong lol. Yet, she didn’t want me to show it to her. Ordered from here recently and it was a ridiculous ordeal. Put in order over the phone, we're in a dorm so she said we would have to meet the delivery driver at a parking lot gate. Ok I tell her, F8. We will wait at F8, I tell her this, she confirms, we have this exchange several times. 25-30 minutes. I go to F8 and wait. 45 minutes go by. I get a call from the delivery driver. Heavily accented and already irate, informing us that she is at F9. Where is F9? No idea. I suspect it is on the opposite side of campus, about a mile away. I don't know how or why she got there. I can't text her the address of where we are because their phones won't accept texts, and when I try to tell her the street name she 1. can't understand me 2. can't hear me and 3. tells me she has other deliveries. When did that become my problem? I eventually ask her to take our food back to the store as she is in such a hurry. We beat her there and pick up our pizza in the parking lot - I guess it was fate, because we didn't have cash for a tip even if anything had gone correctly, and someone in the chain of command from cashier to driver has moldy cheese for brains. Our pizza was flat and cold- would recommend anything...

Think Domino's was stating in it's ads last year that they constantly try to change and improve the pizza recipe? DOMINO'S??? It's time. Past year, maybe two, every pizza has been just horrid. Dry, can't see or taste any sauce but see them applying it when in there and lights on. Order one of your own standard pepperoni pizzas and just try getting down 3 bites without chewing yourself into a sore jaw. I'm not a pizza chef but one thing I know you can do instantly is to slow the cooking time and reduce the oven heat. Youre burning away everything that makes a pizza good in assembly line fashion. Your prices are fair but you lost my family. Been a customer better then 30 years. There was a pizza place called 2 for 1 when I was still in high school. Worked there on summer breaks and that place was the typical cheap canned sauce, real cheese and in store fresh made dough you guys offer but still the best pizza I've ever tried. If I had their exact recipe I'd sell it to you. You guys used to be really great to though. Improve...
