Dunkin' — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Slow inefficient and not very customer focused. Stood in line for 15 minutes while they all took on one order and did not open a second register. the order was 90 munchins and the lady wa picking them out. Next person order 25 donuts line still long and once again they all working on the order. finally as i am next they ask about a drink that doesn;t matter now i'm at the register. I order a sausage croissant the cashier kept saying sausage, egg and cheese and i said noa sausage croissant, she repeated again sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and i said no just a sausage croissant again she was going to repeat the same phrase she was very confused. I guess coworker had to let her no i was asking for the sandwich without the cheese, egg etc. So I notice the price is the price is the same as coming with all the trimming I asked about they yes the price is the same which is ridiculous. So now they opened up another register and i look behind me there is only person. that's when i was like you have to be kidding me i in here now for almost twenty minutes when it was like 6 of us and giant orders you didn't bat an eye. so i canceled my order and left utter foolishness thi early on a...

Been there at least 10 times in the last 6 months and they messed my order up Every. Single. Time. On the 2nd this month I went to pick up an order and had to go back in 3 times because they kept giving us the wrong items (which i can't eat because of allergies! Fun!). Placed an order today for pickup: the decaf coffee apparently is as clear as water now and tastes like nothing! Unless they lied straight to my face when I asked why my oatmilk latte was completely white??? Unfathomable. Called the mobile number for a refund and got turned away so I called the store and asked for a manager and the girl that answered gave me attitude lmao. I'm waiting to hear back from the manager about getting some refunds but this is insane at this point. The employees are most definitely overworked but no one even checks if your coffee has coffee in it. Definitely don't...

First off, let me say how thankful I am that Dunkin' Donuts is FINALLY in LA! I'm from New England and New England really does run on Dunkin'!!! I'm also thankful that this is in Encino, very close to me!

Great tasting food and coffee!!! It's awesome! Classic! Only two things prevent this location from getting 5 stars (as 5 stars is supposed to be reserved for "as good as it gets")... 1. No drive through. I'd be here WAY more often if it was a drive through location. 2. Very limited parking lot! Often have trouble. Not too bad... but still.

Another great thing is they have high chairs. Very nice! I can't believe most Starbucks don't have high chairs! The staff is friendly as well! Disappointed the DND franchise is getting rid of Coffee Cooladas for frozen coffee... looks the same but totally different recipe that taste yucky. Other drinks are...
