I'm a lifelong Fatburger fan, but was a bit underwhelmed by my first time at this one. I've loved Fatburger since I was a kid and when I saw one opening up across the street I was super stoked at the prospect of being a regular.
I ordered online, but when I went to pick up they had already given my order to someone else. They realized their mistake when they gave me the shake and I asked for the rest of it, and they had to start making it all over again. Extra wait aside, it also threw off the timing of the shake, because it was melting for an extra 15 minutes while the rest of the meal was being made. Finally they come out with the meal, but when I walked back home and opened it I realized they also missed an order of fries that I paid for too. I think it would be easier to understand if they were swamped with a gigantic line full of customers, but there were only a handful of people there. If it's that mistake prone with only a couple of people, can't imagine what it'll be like when they're actually busy.
Also, bun seemed a bit dry and burger didn't seem to be quite as good as some of the other locations from what I remember?
So... basically their operations seem like a bit of a mess right now, but that's understandable given that they literally just opened and are probably still figuring out their system a bit. I'm honestly still rooting for them though. Just pleeeaase get the orders right and give them to the right people so I can have an excuse to start coming here...
   Read moreUPDATE: I spoke with the manager and he was so nice and remade my entire order free of charge. It turns out there may have been some sort of a glitch on the website, and my order was actually placed too late. Their closing time is 10pm and now I know to place my order no later than 15 minutes before closing.
I placed an online order at 10:01pm and it said it would be ready at 10:21pm. The store was closed and locked when we got there (even though the fat burger website said they closed at 11pm and it was 10:28pm when we got there. An employee comes from the back and opens the door and we tell him they name for the order. He brought just a bag out and didn't give us our shake (claimed the machine was not available). He gave us a "free" large sprite to make up for it. When we got home, they completely messed up one of the burgers. I ordered a turkey burger with mayo mustard relish lettuce tomatoes cheese onions and bacon. They gave me a BEEF burger with onion rings and barbecue sauce. the other burger was cold and we only picked it up 7 minutes after it was ready. it's too late for me to even go get something else good to eat. They charge too much for your burgers for the service to be less than stellar. I will never go to this...
   Read moreThis location has the worst customer service. I placed an order online to what appeared to be Fatburgers website with a delivery service. When I received the order, they forgot a few items so of course I wanted a refund for the items I did not receive. I called the restaurant and they gave me the runaround and did not assist me at all. They even confirmed that they did not give the driver all of the items. So why wouldn't they just refund the items?? Anyway, I went online searching for the delivery information for hours. I check the Fatburger receipt that was sent to my email and still did not find the delivery information. Luckly, I received a text from Door Dash stating my order was delivered. That was the only way I found out who delivered my order! I went to Door Dash website to get a refund but they declined the refund because Fatburgers stated the order was "Fulfilled" even after I told them I had an issue with the order. I called Door Dash customer service and they finally processed the refund. By the time I received the help it had been over 3 1/2 hours!! Fatburger, you need to do better!!!!!
